    LOL ditto most videos online from gurus or just KZread peope are so over the top bougie among unrealistic when your life isnt working from home. Love to cook and eat clean and for me that has always been quick easy meals that are good for you but taste great as well. All it takes to stay consistent longterm in the little free time real people without the luxury of unlimited money/time have! 😅

    I try to lose weight but I literally have no self control I eat when I’m bored I don’t even have to be hungry and when I don’t eat I get all moody :(

    i started my weight loss journey on april 13, 2020. as of today (may 19) i have lost 9 pounds so far! here are some tips that i’ve been using: • i’ve been drinking lots of water! whenever i feel hungry, i drink water and it helps fill me up/tide me over til meal time • i have 3 meals a day with no snacks in between (the water fills me up in between!) • i don’t eat after 8pm (i fall asleep around 1am so i give myself plenty of time to digest before i sleep) • i’ve been eating take out and sweets and have still lost weight, so there’s nothing i’ve really been restricting on! i’ve just been eating in moderation • portion control!!! just slowly making your meals a bit smaller will really help • only eat til you’re 80% full! • i have also been doing 10-30 minutes of exercise a day (i use april hans videos :)) i hope this helps! i’m a long way from my goal but i’ll update this as i go

    Noooooo! I had my daughter at 24. Put on 3 stone during pregnancy and then a year after having her. 26 now and I’ve lost nearly 4 stone in the last year 🙂

    omg this is exactly how I lost weight. I started eating in a caloric deficit and lost my first 10-13lbs. I also took pictures during my journey and to be honest I think those pictures are the only reason why I kept going because I they motivated me to continue

    ame b yes! I worked out 3-5 days a week for thirty minutes. The only workout I did was jump roping. I’d jump for 30 seconds and rest for another 30.

    This is exactly how I lost 40lbs!! You really don’t have to restrict yourself from eating your favourite food, just make sure to stick to your calories. My favourite treats: half of a kinder bueno, Halo Top Ice Cream, Pom Bears, Fibre one chocolate brownie. What helps is I also never feel like I need to have a huge breakfast, sometimes only coffee will do (flat white). Please take all that on board, take before pictures and you will succeed I guarantee you. It’s literally like maths, it can’t not work 😊

    But that’s exactly the point of calorie counting. For example, eating 100cal of chips won’t make you feel full so you’d look for better alternatives for that like eating 100cal worth of veggies or nuts as a snack because it makes you feel fuller. So in the end, you’d gravitate towards less processed food & healthier food because you’d feel hungry if you were just to eat food that was filled with sugar.

    I love how she made it so simple with the easiest things to do to become just more balanced, which then leads to a leaner body. I’m vegan myself so not everything in the video is applicable, but the overall message of watching your portions, taking photos to see your progress, and moving a little is fantastic! No drastic changes needed to actually see drastic changes over time :)))))

    Thank you for the tip on losing weights. In my opinion to losing weight is focus on the other thing like work ,hobbit ,friends ,and do the meal plan for day or week . It make more discipline for life and eating .

    That is a great idea if you live close enough to walk to work and the weather is nice enough to walk. If it’s not where you live, then find a community center or mall to walk in. I also like to do jump roping and jumping jacks at home for a little added cardio workout.

    thank you for putting so much emphasis on the fact that you don't have to calorie count for a long time to see results :) calorie counting can be harmful and can lead to some disordered eating habits so thanks for letting people know that portion control can be learned naturally

    thank you for a realistic video! so sick of seeing people saying you need to restrict yourself ridiculously and exercise excessively as thats not true. ive been on a calorie deficit for the last month and ive been doing couch to 5K so i've been running 3 times a week, other than that im quite inactive as ive got a office job too. but so far ive lost a stone!

    * everything in small portions* 2 brown Eggs with 1/4 cup cheddar cheese red peppers and green peppers with 4 strawberries Or 1/3 cup steel cut oats 1/2 cup almond milk with 4 strawberries ------------------ 1can Tuna 1-2 tbsp of Mayo red onion sliced 2 lettuce leaves and 4 strawberries ------------------- Salmon 1 cup white short rice and 2 cup broccoli for dinner Or home made sesame seed chicken with 2 cup broccoli and 1 cup white short grain rice. * with meat I put it on a small about 8inch plate. 50% of the plate is broccoli . 25% of salmon/chicken and 25% of rice

    I’m not counting my calories I’m just eating better food at the correct times while doing an hour workout when I get up every morning. I never used to eat breakfast ever. Now every morning I make myself some oatmeal with honey, a spoonful of natural yoghurt and a banana mixed in. I eat a quick lunch around 1-2pm. Sometimes that’s egg and soldiers. Sometimes it’s cream cheese on crackers. Sometimes it’s apple slices dipped in peanut butter. Sometimes it’s a bowl of natural yoghurt with sliced strawberries and blueberries in it. And then I make tea around 6pm. Anything really. Majority is pasta, curry, and chicken recipes. Before I used to just snack through the day on crisps, chocolate, sweets, I would drink fizzy pop. I wouldn’t have a set lunch or breakfast and often if I couldn’t be bothered making tea I would order a takeaway. Literally just having a routine of when to eat, cutting out sugary foods and incorporating some kind of workout in your day will guarantee you results. You don’t need to be fussing around with numbers and restricting what you eat. You can still eat crisps and chocolate etc. Just limit when you eat them and how often. Be mindful of what you’re eating and you will see changes.

    This is literally what I needed to hear! I’ve been doing 1200 calories and walking st least 10000 steps a day recently and I really hope it’s enough to lose weight, after seeing this I feel reassured and encouraged. Weight loss is always made to sound so complicated and daunting but this is a really easy and realistic way so thank you sm!

    That’s wayyyyy too low! Watch natacha oceanes videos. When you eat too little your metabolism gets slower and it’s actually harder to lose weight. I used to eat 1200 and do loads of cardio and I barely lost anything. Now I eat 1800-2200 a day and exercise moderately and do lots of strength training and I’ve lost a lot of weight and 2 inches off my waist. It’s taken me 2 months but the slower you do it the better. Easier to keep off!! Watch natacha she is amazing

    can I just say, thankyou SO much for this. I have no idea why this video was recommended to me, this is the first video of yours I have watched, but it is so informative. your old eating style is so much like my eating style now (although I weigh a lot more than you would've done, I'm sure!). I have done so many fad diets in my time and I'm getting fed up of gaining weight because I'll do them for a while and then quit. I need to get back onto MFP and start losing weight healthily by logging in my food again. thankyou 💖

    I’ve shed around 17 pounds of my very own weight just after I implemented this particular MyWeightLossDiet6.blogspot.com diet routine . It may nothing short of a miracle. I really enjoyed just how quick this worked well! There’s a huge difference in how that my favorite apparel fit and a perfect side by side photographs of a Six day difference! .

    hey hun! i've lost 22 pounds in 2 months by eating in a caloric deficit and moderate exercise. its crazy because i still eat chips, just last night i had a "KFC" (southern fried chicken strips and chips from ASDA lol) and i even had pizza hut last friday. important to note is i have never went over my calories for a day (portion control is key as you said), and i am making sure i burn at least 300 cals a day through walking or running. but apart from that, you can literally eat what you want as long as you're in a calorie deficit. you don't need to eat a salad for every meal! it is good to have nutritional meals, and means you can eat more, but you can definitely have treats every week!

    Omll I feel like we legit have been through the same thing, same calories, similar weight loss and HUGE food lovers eating past being full, this vid motivates me to get back on myfitnesspal it honestly changes my relationship with food and the discipline is actually quite fun hehe 💓
