From my experience as a non-native English speaker living in the UK and not having a British accent I must say that the people who made fun of you are very jealous because they probably can only speak English. Native speakers who I speak with are always in awe when I tell them I am not a native English speaker. They praise me for my effort and committment to learn English and communicate with ease. They never focus on my accent. I bet they're all amazed at how much success you've achieved despite having an accent. This proves that having an accent means nothing. We all have accents, whether natives or non-natives. You're doing a great job. Keep up the great work.

I’ve been teaching English since 2 years ago and it’s been an extraordinary experience. Although I’m not that experienced so far since I have taught English for two years yet, I can justify that a person who is learning English cannot be as perfect as people expect. I am able to provide certain empirical evidences that would make them speechless I’m not exaggerating but it is what it is.. They’re literally attempting to deteriorate other people’s lives via those critical thoughts. Anyway good job Marina ♥️ don’t care about those issues and try to be nonchalant.
