how i learned SPANISH 🇪🇸 in three months (ways to learn a language FAST)
hey everyone! so a lot of people have been requesting me to make this video so here ya go! this quarantine made me realize that i have a passion for language learning and i'm glad to be able to share my journey with you.
☑️ disclaimer: I'm still not perfectly fluent with the language. Three months was what it took for me to be able to converse with a native. Not completely be familiar with the language.

RIGHT
1.Duolingo 2.Enjoy while learning 3.Reading textbooks and online resources(text to one textbook) 4.Talking with native speakers 5.Know what accent you want to learn 6.keeping a journal(using spanish language) 7.Consistency and Repetition
A tip I learned for practicing speaking with another person when you have anxiety like I do if you're just not confident enough with the language to be able to have a full conversation with a native is to put your phone or tablet in your target language and talk to the Google Assistant, Alexa, or Siri. They work in a LOT of languages these days and are programmed to have full conversations about jokes, relationships, movies, music, etc. So you can practice speaking and get responses without having to talk to an actual human. You'll need to eventually take the plunge and speak to someone, but until then the AI is excellent practice.

I've been on Duolingo for a number of months and it's a really slow slog. So, I fill in using El Diccionario Inglés-Español WordReference and Clozemaster, beside listening to the news in Spanish and reading books. Oh, I was also married to a Mexican-American for years. (Most of that Spanish was slang and has since faded, so Duolingo served as a good refresher on basic Spanish.)
i really hope u make a video teaching us espanol and just basic sentences and phrases spanish speakers use on a daily bases. Almost everything u did to learn spanish, i did and it had helped me indeed. Love the video
great idea with the journal to track your progress. thanks for the vid!

hello friend, I'm from Visayas Philippines, and I have Spanish-Castillan ancestry and growing up I just gravitate into learning Spanish, also because of Quarantine, though i'm only learning slowly, i know that my interest to know the language is there, and I became more dedicated to study after watching this. Good job that you have decided to learn Spanish because we Filipinos must learn this language as our second international language, and in order to make it possible, it has to be taught once again in public and private schools at all levels (kindergarten until college) and then, have Spanish be used in mass media as well.

Why add spanish? People can barely speak tagalog and english properly without mixing those two... We have 175 languages here so that means visayan people have to learn tagalog, english, and spanish? They also have their own local language... Alot of tagalog people refuse to learn bisaya/cebuano, which is the 2nd most spoken language here in the Philippines... spanish pa kaya? That's almost impossible, spanish has no practicality in the Philippines
@JosephSolisAlcaydeAlberici
2 жыл бұрын
@@uglygoblin2413 that's why the 1987 Constitution's language provisions have to be amended and remove the provision of a non-existent language called Filipino, which is 100% Tagalog at all but name, and must be substituted by Spanish in the K-12 curriculum and must be taught in the same equal footing as English and the prevailing language of the region.

Hey please make more videos related to Spanish. Giving more tips on how to learn Spanish.
Good tipps, most people dont wanna leave the *comfort zone* and think by watching series and listening to music they learn a language. Guess 90% of us have to put a lot of effort and time in learning basics like phrases, vocabulary, grammar (with focus on the neccessary things not like in school) in order to build a good foundation and also apply what we´ve learned. From there, talking to natives, watching movies etc. become more effective. During the foundation time those ways are rather additionial but not a replacement for active learning.

I used to speak impeccable Spanish in school but I stopped speaking it for a few years since then but I want to learn again
My brother studied languages at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center in California. The pace of study was intense. Students had to master the language course in 36-64 weeks. Psychologically it was very difficult, but fortunately he was helped by Yuriy Ivantsiv's book "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages”. The book " Polyglot Notes" became a desk book for my brother, because it has answers to all the problems that any student of a foreign language has to face. Thanks to the author of the channel for this interesting video! Good luck to everyone who studies a foreign language and wants to realize their full potential!
I know it's been a year. Thank you for motivating me.
