HOW I LEARNED ENGLISH BY MYSELF: Speaking English Fluently and Confidently Learn English By Yourself
How I learned English by myself and how YOU can do it too! Hope my language learning journey inspires you to take your English to the next level!
Hello everyone! Today I've decided to talk about how i learned English by myself and how i started speaking English. If you still don't know, English is not my main language, I'm originally from Turkey but even though I haven't been abroad before, I managed to learn and improve my English so I was able to speak fluently and confidently.
If you've been wondering how to learn English by yourself or any language by yourself, hope my English learning story gives you motivation and some insight on how to learn a language.

Thank you so much for this video, I'm trying to learn English by myself has 6 months. I can understand almost everything than I'm heard and write too. Perhaps, when I try to speak, look like all the words that I learned before disappears of my mind and I don't know how to get over this problem.

Hello! 💛 Your English is great, congrats! 🙌 It's curious that in Russian schools we have pretty much similar system of learning English (and probably other foreign languages). It is mostly based on reading and writing, but barely on speaking 🗣️ and listening👂, but actually needs to be the opposite. I totally agree that we need English (or any other languages) to be understood and communicate!❤

Great job so far, Kübriela :) I always like to hear how people approach their language learning. Speaking is usually (not always) the most difficult part, as for most people it's the part we practise least. This is especially true for a traditional classroom setting. If you are open to some constructive feedback, I heard a few occasions where you missed an article or preposition. I.e "listen music" - "listen to music" and actually one where an article was added. "the English" - English. You definitely have a good level and hopefully, you keep going! All the best and good luck! :)

Thanks for sharing your thoughts and practice. I have been learning English for 10 years but I never took it as seriously as nowadays. I gonna learn English and straight after begin to learn Turkish. I am a dressmaker and I hope to go to the Turkey. Since I became a dressmaker I felt in love with Turkish materials and dresses.

The correct form is I HAVE, of course. The V sound is pronounced like an F, but your vocal cords vibrate. When you pronounce the V sound, your lip position will be the same as your lip position for the F sound. Perhaps, that is the sound that is heard when she pronounced I HAVE.
what u advice 🙄 us

She sounds a little bit hesitant, like someone who is thinking before speaking.. maybe looking for the proper words. I don't think she's a C1 already, probably a B2.
I would say your accent is more American than British.
