Gabriel this video is the one of the best in my opinion. It opened my eyes for the execution of the long body hook and finally helped me landing the liver shot. It really changed my sparing. In my opinion it is one of the most fun punch dropping people "friendly" in sparing.

Still waiting on that in depth body shot guide. I think going to the body is much more complex than throwing punches to the head. 🥊

Folks don't understand how deadly bodysuit are! The liver, sternum, kidney (left side) and just hitting the abdomen as a distraction. 3/4 can put someone down even with a top chin! A young Japanese boxer is winning undefeated with it, Bas Rutten was the king of it, and Stipe Miocic defeated DC one the P4P of mma. Really appreciate the tips you gave!
