Honestly, I hardly ever like or comment on any videos I watch, but since watching this I have started to use a journal in a similar way you do. So I must say thank you for helping me help myself. Thank you 🙏

Hey, i'm told that an important thing while you are doing so much training is food. Are you tracking that as well? If yes, how?

Well said! Consistency, modifications, and being goal oriented is definitely a must. I've been doing daily task journaling for the past 4 months along with a daily workout routine and I can say it has cleared my head of distractions most of the time and given me more of a deeper need to stay on track. Main idea is to 'GET OUT OF MY OWN WAY'. -Cheers!

That's an awesome way to keep track of your development! My Excel brain though went already into thinking how many of those things (averages, results page etc.) could be easily put in automatically and made to a graph that for me at least is always motivating. I guess this comes down to whether one is a paper and pen or excel type of person =D

Your hair looks really sleek! I’ve been using planners for a couple years now, but this method of journaling seems so helpful & effective. I like all your acronyms lol (since you’re into journaling and are into crazy challenges, I wanna suggest doing a 54 day rosary novena that’s a really common meditative prayer…I noticed you did a 30 day yoga challenge, so why not try something like this?…it’s supposed to have positive physiological & spiritual effects. There’s so many interesting stories of people’s results after doing something like that. Seems out there but it would be worth the shot. That’d be so cool to see if you could do a video on that! I feel like no one has done it before. I kind of want to try it myself and record my progress)
