Glad you liked it! Yeah, when you use wet mediums, the paper dries wrinkled and uneven, so this helps with that. 😊👍

This is a great tip. I would not have considered 'when' to iron in the coloring process.

Yeah, it’s best to iron before you get all those fun accents or they will melt. Plus if you iron before the pencil work, then your paper is laying flat, then it’s easier to color. 😉👍

Awesome! Do you iron with the dried masking fluid on the paper or do you remove the masking first?

Thank you Jen for doing this video. I have another question. What happens if the page behind this one already has been colored and or have stickles, etc. what happens to the pencil colored part of it?

Good question! It kind of depends on what types of media you have on the one behind it. Because, of course, the heat is going to transfer through. If you have just pencil work, and maybe some Posca, it will probably be OK. But I would definitely just check it before ironing the entire thing. Also, make sure the heat is on lowest setting first. You could always bump it up just a little bit if it’s not working. The stickles, though, I’m not sure if you want to risk it or not. That’s totally up to you. 😉
