Hey mate, great video! I think that sleep is something a lot of people struggle with and you give simple yet understandable ways to fix it! I just had some questions about it. 1. How long, from when you started to implement these changes, did it take to see your sleep improve? 2. Your main way to fix sleep is to do hard work all day so that you are tired enough to sleep, which makes sense! But do you think you would eventually reach burnout? You've only been doing it for a month so it would make sense if you haven't reached that point yet, but do you really think it is sustainable? I feel like it makes sense but could also result in toxic productivity and work habits. How would you avoid this? That's it! I understand if you don't have all the answers I'm looking for, but I find health and productivity very interesting topics so lets keep this conversation going! Have a great day!

Hey man, I'm glad you enjoyed the video and got some value from it! For your first question: I don't really know exactly how long it took to see improvement in my sleep, but after I went from just absorbing information (September-March ish), to taking action and actually using what I have learned (this made me have to solve problems and really use my brain), that's when I started to see improvement in my sleep. I think the time it takes to see improvement is different for everyone because we all have different situations and factors that we have to take in, so I'm not too sure how long it would take. And for your second question: This is a very good point and I realized that I didn't really go into detail for my day and clarified a few things which might have caused some confusion. I don't think you should work hard for the whole day as a long-term thing. Right now I'm trying to work as hard as I can because I'm going on vacation and I think this is the only time for me to really go all in on myself (I've only been doing this for around a week). Yes, this will cause burnout if I continue to do this for the long term, but I plan to do this until I leave, which is in another week. I should have mentioned this but, for the school year I would say I worked hard on the things that I wanted to pursue for only 3 hours and that was spread throughout my day (I would wake up early to work on my goals for an hour and when I got back from school I resumed my work). I have been able to maintain this structure in my day since March. This might not be obtainable for someone that is first starting out because I believe that you have to start small and build your way up, but I still think that even if you put an hour or two towards what you actually find fulfilling (i.e. your goals or purpose), you will see some improvement in sleep. To avoid toxic productivity, work habits and burnout is a hard question, but I think the way I do it is by doing certain habits that are called active recovery habits to help me recover and get ready for the next work block. These are habits such as cold showers, exercising, sleeping, etc. This is what I think really helped me put a protective shell around me for burnout, if that makes sense. These two videos from Rian Doris really helped me understand this better and I think you will benefit from by it too: kzread.info/dash/bejne/g4J_yqytgdPIn7g.html kzread.info/dash/bejne/in6D1bKyqbzVos4.html I hope this answers your questions, bro, and if it doesn't, then please let me know, and I will try my best to help you out. I really appreciate you reaching out and giving me feedback! Me too, I really find these two topics interesting to learn about and dive into. I'm not really active in the comments, but I would really like to continue our conversation. I have this free community that I made just a couple of days ago that you can join, and I will try my best to help you out and everything: www.skool.com/seans-group-6088/about Again, thank you so much and have a great day as well!
