i have a tip (sort of) to add. i used to only do cardio because i thought i’d look bulky if i started lifting as a woman, but i eventually bit the bullet and started lifting at the start of this year. it made a significant difference in my face. with the intent of gaining weight, eating more protein and doing less cardio than i used to, my face become much more defined over time. i was pretty confused because there i was running/ biking less and eating more. i was bracing myself for a chubbier face but the opposite happened. it seems as my body toned up so did my face and jawline. my entire face shape, cheekbones and jaw is so pronouncd now. i also found that when i solely did lots of cardio, my face was subject to getting puffy really quickly (i.e. whenever i ate junk, when i drank alcohol, maybe due to hormonal changes etc), whereas now, my face stays relatively the same no matter what my diet is like. i still try to eat healthy because im lactose intolerant and my stomach is shit but these few changes have helped me So much.

This is a minor detail, but I think it is better to say all these things help you become the best version of you. Because becoming attractive is still sometimes out of our control. For instance, I do not have much bone mass in my jaw. I have a small jaw. Yes I can mew etc and have a good jaw line. But genetically my bone structure is lacking. I agree with what he is saying, just saying you will become the best version of you instead of "become attractive"

It depends. The skeletal structures of the face can be imoroved over time, providing growth plates havent fused, otherwise the results can drastically vary depending on your bone reacts to mewing. I do believe it does, but for some it is either too slow and/ or the person is too impatient to see results and regresses to bad tongue posture.

I can't recall where did I watch it, but I've seen some doctors saying that mewing is bad for the teeths because you are transforming them into heavy carnivore type teeths, which it's not that useful given that the vast majority of the food is soft to eat. Therefore, speaking, diet and nose breathing are the correct methods to improvd jawline. Correct me if Im wrong.

The problem is that so many people start these “mewing”-journeys when they are in puberty, then reach puberty, lower their BF% and think that mewing did all that, when in reality it was simply puberty and hormones and losing weight. It’s a fallacy. btw: I think english speakers have a higher tendency to have a shit tongue posture because of how you pronounce words.

Hey Collin. I've known about mewing since like 5 years. But it is very hard for me to actually subconsciously mew. One, because my nasal cavity is too small, I can't mew when I'm running or working out. Two, BECAUSE the nasal cavity is small, my nose is pretty much blocked all of winters and some of the summers.

just started "mewing" but i dont know if im doing this correctly, my tongue natural position is slighty touching the bottom and the top with the top of my tongue so i think this is bad started doing mewing and still dont know if im doing this good, i heard i need to make some type of vacum on the top but its for not so long period of time. i correct my jaw towards so my teeth sticks more with the top, put tongue slighty behind top teeth and just stay there, most of the tongue is on the roof but deeper some places still dont touch the top. OR maybe i do it incorrect, what i mean is i stick tongue more towards instead of more deeper, there's a little bumb on the roof that everyone has i think, should i put tongue towards teeth or even deeper behind that bumb so i might feel my breathing is slighty worse

I have a naturally good jawline, but that might be due to me "mewing" for my whole life pretty much. I've never heard of it, but I think my tongue has always been chilling up against the roof of my mouth, so if it is true then that would explain things

Hey big boi, so I can do the frog thing too with my tongue up but I cant breath while doing it , so when I naturally start breathing cause u know im not a fish, the skin under my chin go back to normal and the last part of my tongue, the deepest part, fall back when I start breathing again, meaning that I cant get my full tongue on the roof while breathing. Also I noticed that when I try to hold the position as much as I can without breathing, I often almost throws up, something is touching my uvula, might be the back of my tongue slightly touching it idk. Do you have any tips about that?

If you're straight to the point And know exactly that it would take time for your channel or work to grow ...then there's no expectation about it and even when u get what u deserved after a long time in a very explosive manner... we know that's just the byproduct of it, so no need for ecstacy... There's still a lot more to grind for you and me Let's grind....
