Hey use a bottle of water on your hair. Just pour some into a spray bottle, section off a Piece of your hair and spray it with water, dry it off w a shirt then spray it again. Add whatever product you want, your curls might pop more, it’s because you probably have hard water. And since drinking water is filtered the water can actually penetrate your hair strands. I just found this out myself, my hair wouldn’t even clump up with the thickest gel in the world💀. youtubers were very unhelpful about frizzy or curls that wont clump and 90% of them didnt say the problem could be your water, but say its because you didn’t add enough water to your hair. U should look into it more. Hopefully that helps you😬..💛

You have nice, thick hair. Help with split ends. I think “Don’t touch my hair” is for other people. When you’re out people always want to touch my braids or my daughters hair. We have to stop them, they reach for it before they even ask. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Everyone’s hands, germs and energy CANNOT be in our heads 😊😆

Very informative. Thanks for sharing your tips. I have to keep reminding myself to drink more water. Aside from being anemic so I have to also remember to take my iron vitamins I also need to be more consistent with drinking water. I think you shed some.much needed light on the importance of drinking water daily. I subscribed to your channel as it seems that type 4 are not as abundant as other hair types on YT that I've seen anyway. Stay blessed and have a great day.

Very informative video; I will try using a microfiber towel for my hair. Olaplex worked wonders for my hair and it really has grown leaps and bounds since using it. Also I do need to get a heat cap totally forgot how much they help hair with conditioning.

For me, becoming a blow dry natural has helped reduce single strand knots and breakage tremendously. I believe it's because my hair is stretched out so it's easier to detangle(less breakage), also my hair doesn't tangle as often because it's stretched.
