Thank you for inspiring me to get back to healing this head. I went to a dermatologist she told me I was going to have this bald spot for ever because its smooth like the skin on my face. I was like no it isn't it has peach fuzz helfa. Lol She didnt bother to touch my head. She lied all of my edges came back and things are happening not as fast as I like but I'm seeing a difference. Some of these doctors are a joke and too personal for my taste. I dont believe them at all. I been feeling discouraged but thanks to you I'm back up and running. You have a good attitude and you're a handsome young man. Attitude is everything. Keep up the good work ❤❤❤❤❤

I know this may be hard to do, but try not to stress people. I got a bald spot, hair thinning in front and going more gray due to stress from discrimination and retaliation treatment at work. Stress is NOT good for the body especially long term. Not sleeping and eating right is bad for your health too. It can be a combination of things that can contribute to hair. Just keep trying for growth.

I also got a bald spot in a similar position and size that you show at 0:41. So I started off with using rosemary oil with jojoba oil and put it on my bald spot before bed and let it sit overnight. Before using a essential oil, you need to dilute it, for example 1-2 tablespoons of jojoba oil and then use 5-10 drops of rosemary oil. After 1-2 months I could see my hair grow a little bit after using it almost every day. I then started to microneedling once per week for one month after an article suggested that and then every other week depending on the growth. Extremely important to clean the dermaroller before and after use. Supplement I used before getting the bald spot was vitamin d3, k2 mk7, b vitamin complex, selenium. The things I used after recognising the spot was collagen, biotin, zinc, magnesium(extremly important if u use vitamin d3 daily), vitamin c, black seed oil. I would suggest using one of pumpkin seed oil or black currant oil because both have shown that it can increase hair growth. How long did it take to grow my hair back fully? Around 6 months. You need to be patient beacuse hair grows really slow and it takes time to get that thickness back.

I have this habit of pulling my hair out when I’m stressed out I believe. So I pulled it that I ended up with a bald spot so I got a bean but I don’t see it growing that much. I’ve been using biotin but still :(

great video . i use all this except nutra and shampoo products and that did some good but when i added a tiny bit of tea tree oil and a real small spot of iodine into some olive oil and gently rubbed my bald spot it actually got 60% smaller over a period of about only 2 months. I heard about it indonesia on a medical mission from some kind person there. Check with your doctor before using it. I think its all safe stuff to use but just want to be careful so nobody gets a bad reaction.
