22:10 I believe the reason is showed mauga suicide is bc Echo killed Flats from mauga burn damage, but you can see Flats had killed the dupe Mauga right before that. Echos dupe ID gets erased so there isn't a character ID to show what killed Flats

I think it's old footage from early season, there's no rank range in the top right when he's holding tab. Im guessing his ego couldn't take being masters so posted this mid season to make him look better

So glad Queen is doing well. Rush/brawl is my favorite comp, and queen is arguably the most fun tank in OW

Is it just me or has the reversal / uphill battle -system been wacky as hell lately? I'm on PS5 so that might have something to do with it, but for about a week every single game I've gotten rolled has been a "reversal" and every single match I've absolutely dominated has been an "uphill battle" 😂

system doesn't try and calculate smurfs. so a brand new account will obviously have a lower mmr than yours, so if he wins, you will get reversal'd.

I definitely feel it's the system itself because it basically says that because you have more of the higher ranks on your team, you're more likely to win which is most of the time false as I'm sure a lot of people get way more reversals than up hill battles, and most of the reversals are usually the enemy team just steam rolling you. Makes no sense considering individual skills, especially at low ranks, doesn't always equate to your rank skill, but the game uses that as its basis which a lot of the time feels so unfair and punishing

I think the naming convention they decided to go with is pretty subpar but there is ZERO difference whether or not the game was a stomp, it's SOLELY based on the average MMR of the two teams (it's decided when the match is created), now I could say the range seems pretty small for most players to the point of it not feeling good because as you said, you'll get stomp games that are uphill battles or vice versa

@@lostmycat5671I wasn't saying the stomps are why I get reversals, I said that because the game thinks my team should win, suddenly it expects me to win even though the matchmaker puts me against a team we have no chance in hell of winning against. It happens more than not which isn't just coincidence. And its very clear that the skill ceiling has risen and I'm falling behind a lot of people in bronze/silver that a lot of my games I get steam rolled in are reversals, so not only is the matchmaker screwing me over but I also get punished more for not winning and its clear others experience this as well. The main point is that the system punishes you for things out of your control yet the system thinks well higher mmr means you 'should' win

btw the game said you died to yourself bc echo’s copy’s burn ticked you to death after she had reverted to normal echo, so the game treated that as the entity no longer existing, so it didn’t put anything in the kill feed

I found a group of people who stayed in team one night. I went from Bronze 3 to Silver 1. Then the team disbanded and I had to go back to randoms. I'm not down to Silver 4 and honestly the pub game scenario makes me want to quit. But I have no friends dumb enough to play this game.

@@archiesutherland6127 what a stupid cockend comment. You don't know what skill level they are at, and if you played at bronze or silver you would know there is virtually no team co-ordination. All it takes is to come up against a team with 2 or 3 people working as a team and you can't win unless you get 5 skilled players who get lucky.

@@renonaebe2576as a support that has solo q’d from silver 4 to gold 2 this season, please look inward. The best thing i did was simply looking at my weak points and trying to get better. Be that learning characters that help with comps that i couldn’t fill or just learning when it’s safe and good to get picks vs heal bot. I am a plat dps but it’s so easy to learn if ure lower ranks if u just be honest and pay attention.

22:03 - in regards to no one kill mauga in the killfeed, ive had this same thing happen to me with torb once when i used his E to survive a Dva bomb but then died with no credit in the killfeed. Essentially you have an ability that creates temporary overhealth (for mauga this is his passive berserker) that creates right has you lose your regular health, but then once the temporary overhealth depletes, the games finds you with 0 and no dmg to tracer from a character so it's just deletes you.

She is but playing against a mauga or orisa or zarya especially if one or even two pockets is rough. The first two seem to be most teams choices(occasionally see something else but if they die etc then immediately swapped)

I mean if you are 28th. How can you not be expected? Mathematically it means there is only 27 people you can be queued up against in the tank role for not to outrank them. And how many of them got that rank weeks ago and are just sitting on it. But I get the frustration and that its a team calculation not just a personal calculation.

The cooldown of carnage gets reduced the more people you hit with it.

a few patches ago they gave junkerqueen a buff. Carnage is on 8 sec cooldown. but for each person she slices it takes 2 seconds off the cooldown so it looks like she hit 3 (mercy, bap, sig) so thats 6 seconds removed from the cooldown. Yes its entirely possible to have carnage on no cooldown by swinging on 4 or more players .
