For incentive you have to qualify monthly targets where NOA target is mandatory to achieve atleast 50% then its depand initial payment how much you took doubl triple etc..per point 50 rs and per lac funding 300 incentive and point depends on the varient of account high quality account higher incentive...I always thankfull to axis bank who made my career ..and giving bonus and salary high also in this pendamic .

Sir I got a job in Kotak Mahindra Bank and they are saying I will 25k per month. The conditions are after training I have to do 1 sale and 6 recruits. Jab tak mein yeh pura nhi karungi tab tak mujhe salary mujhe nhi milegi. Aisa hi hota hai kya ? I don't know the process toh isiliye mujhe pata nhi hai. Kya app please bata sakte hai. And kitna time lak sakta hau mujhe yeh karne me kya ap bata sakte hai.
sir like esa koi specific time period to hoga job ka,, matlab agar ap jo v bank join karte ho ek specific time tak like 1/2/3 saal tak apko same bank me hi job karna padega.... please reply....

Ek baat sach sach btao, Axis me min balance 10k ka khulwana hai aur debit card nhi lena hai. Wo log account kholne denge? And mujhe insta easy credit card chahiye hoga. Usme toh aap salesperson log toh ghuma fira ke kuch na kuch bahana jarur banaoge but honestly, kya Axis wale account kholenge 10000 min balance ka aur without debit card and a insta easy credit card?

Bhai agr meri limit 20k h and m advance mae 10k bhar du and limit 30k kr du toa kya m 30k use kr skta hu without over limit charge.

*Bhai same chij maine bhi feel kiya. Mai bhi muthoot finance me job karta tha. Cashier me mila tha mujhe, lekin bhai bahot jyda pressure tha. Maine 20 din me hi job chor diya. Mujhe direct cashier me baitha diya gaya tha, ek din sikhaya gaya tha and next day 200 logo se akele deal karna tha. Dimag hi kharab ho gaya tha, khana khane ka bhi time nhi milta tha. Tabiyat bhi kharab ho gya tha. 12000 salary tha. Mai pressure handle nahi kar paya. And for maine 20 din me chor diya. 1 saal ka bond bhi tha. And maine salary bhi nahi liya, lekin fir bhi maine chor diya.* *And fir maine LLB kiya and stock market me kam karne laga. And i am happy now. Love you bhai.*
