not on topic but... just saw a story on the death of Ed King, guitarist for Lynyrd Skynyrd. I recall that Marty did a guitar tour vid with him. he was 68. R.I.P.

@@ibebored3247 essentially yeah. And if you weren't aware, 5 string bass standard tuning: B E A D G, and 6 string: B E A D G C

That bass octave from M9 it's a most accurate bass simulator for guitar, other octave pedals add some low end but they sound more synthish than bassish

Hey Marty! At about 45 seconds in I noticed you do some kind of tremolo picking but your pick slides into your palm and it looks kind of like you’re using your thumb and finger? I’m fascinated by this technique and I’ve seen guitarists do it before and get a slightly different tone than you would using a pick, I’d love to learn more about this but can’t find any info anywhere!
