Am I the only one that loves these longer videos? Honestly I could watch Peter for hours and not get bored. I have a pretty short attention span when it comes to tutorials but I’ve literally never got bored of a Peter McKinnon video. His entire personality just makes his videos that much better. PS. Hi Peter, I just wanted to take the time to thank you for all your tutorials over the years. It has improved my photography skills. Especially this one, I just saved so many photos that I thought were gone for good, however, I never erased them. Thanks again for being awesome!

Thank you for zooming in on all the little buttons and tabs that you use during your editing process! A lot of other tutorial channels miss this small detail that makes all the difference for people who aren't great at seeing things properly, like me :D

Peter, that was amazing. I came across you when I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro and watched your camera reviews. Since then the quality of the cameras is making me want to up my game. I got an Adobe subscription for Lightroom and Photoshop yesterday. Your tips are helping so much.

Wow, Peter McKinnon I think this was one of the best torturial photos I've seen on KZread, the way you took each part step by step and clearly explained each and every part. Unlike other torturial videos I actually understood this and will be able to use this to better my future photos. Personally I would only use lightroom but I don't really think about using Photoshop like this, not to mention I never knew about the "Enable Profile Correction". Been watching all of your videos and gotta say you're one of the reason I enjoy photography so much, bit soppy but I'm hoping to one day be as good as you. Keep it up the awesome work and as a Brit "Bloody good job young chap"

thethreeislands yep most likely. Once a monitor is calibrated it must be used to edit in the same light level that was used when it was calibrated

Well done, Peter. Goes to show you can really go all sorts of directions with an image that you otherwise would have overlooked. Shooting in RAW is definitely a key element here. And hey, congrats on 3 million coming up!

On a 6D with a 64GB card I have space for over 2,000 shots in RAW. Doing semi basic math that means you're using about a 4GB card......may want to upgrade that.

I really am a beginner, and I didn't know the raw format was soo powerful. Brutal how many details you can bring back despite the shot is so overexposed.
