I have been working out with the minimalist routine CONSISTENTLY for about 1.5 months, bro I couldn't be more happy, I have no problem going to the gym bc of the "mental bar" you talked about. I have been taking pics so when I get to my goal I will most definitely send you the results. My life has change since I watched your first video, I thank you a lot for that.

Oh good! I've been trying this routine too, tomorrow i'll enter my second week following this, i'm feeling so good, not over stressed about gym, and gaining a lot of strenght by increasing the weights, read your comment actually encourages me to stay doing this and more confident that the results will come. 🙏

@@vinnyninini trust me, this is the way to go. I wasn’t able to do a single push up, now I can do 3 x 3,2,2. Eventually i will get to 3 x 8,8,8. Im much “triangulara” so i look much better with and without shirt and i can see how im getting stronger gradually

How great to see a fitness enthusiast who is also a foodie! Like you, I can’t detach my love of food, and just because you love food doesn’t mean you can’t be fit, lean and healthy. A great diet doesn’t have to be bland chicken breast and broccoli! Really interesting video, I’ve always been fascinated with Asian food, everything looked absolutely delicious!

I love love love your content because you really embody the balanced approach to health and fitness that I strive for. I love good food and and good wine and depriving myself was never going to be a sustainable approach, the same way that spending hours and hours in the gym 4-5 days a week was never going to work for me. It's so nice to see a voice in the fitness world that takes this balanced approach and shows what a healthy AND balanced lifestyle can look like. One that doesn't show some sort of deep-seated shame or insecurity about eating a carbohydrate or obsessively meal prepping and macro counting. Fantastic stuff, keep it up, I subbed instantly.

I eat a lot of beans and legumes, mostly plant based and it’s worked really well for me. I also drink plant based protein. I’ve noticed that body building diets aren’t the healthiest for our our bodies.

Hey Wanhee, I just want to say I really enjoy your videos. So much so I even subscribed, and this is my only subscription. Personally since I’ve moved to Asia finding your channel is very helpful when it comes to eating healthy. If I could make a slightly selfish request. Could you make more videos of your day to day meals, your ideas, you cooking, you eating. It motivates me and gives me ideas when it comes to making healthy Asian meals. Side note (after watching these videos, my groceries always have a side of kimchi and seaweed now)

Hey man!! I love the content! Can I just ask one thing? I am a Student Physical Therapist and am learning a ton about biomechanics and joint structure and function and I just noticed when you did the bench assisted dumbbell rows, I just wanted to ask what your target muscle and intent of exercise is? If it is posterior delt then the way you showed it would be right. If you wanted to train rhomboids, you would want to downwardly rotate your scaupla first before you bring your humerus back into extension. If you don't do that first then the exercise is basically a posterior delt/ glenohumeral extension/abduction exercise . Hope this makes sense! Just trying to apply my knowledge from school and hope it helps people!
