I understand the important of eating most your protein. What's your take on using shakes for about 100 out of my 200 grams of protein?

I def wouldn’t say it’s ideal but if it’s all you can do then it’s better than nothing. I think the real question is why the need to drink that many shakes?

I cooked these for 12 min at 390 in the air fryer! Sous vide is another good option though

@@sense321 I use the lines on the side and the measuring cup lol but it should be a 1:1 ratio of rice to water. The finger trick works better for bigger batches of rice imo
An unnecessary amount u less you weigh 120kgs.....

To science.....You need just 1.2g per kg of body weight. Anything more is stored as fat
