    Hi - can you share what your calorie target is as well as did you do anything more than 3 workouts, like trying to get in a certain amount of Steps per day? Thanks!

    @@LJB-ob6uq getting more steps is very important. I get between 10-12k per day, with half of those coming from walking while working on my desk treadmill. My weight loss calorie target is 2000. I tried 1800 for a few months, but that actually stalled my progress. Once I went back up to 2000, the last 5 lbs came right off 😊

    I just really don't like beef. I eat chicken, but I guess I could substitute ground chicken or ground turkey where you are using beef. I am at my goal weight, but based on my last dexa scan, I am still 30% body fat even though my workouts (which includes lifting weights) are on point. At 53, I find it harder and harder to build muscle, and I am sure protein consumption is critical now. I've just never been that into protein sources sadly. I guess I have to work harder on that.

    @@virginiawoolf2343 ground chicken and turkey are great sources of protein. If you want to gain muscle, you definitely need to keep protein up. Also, lift a little heavier or add a few reps each week so you’re working in a progressive overload plan.

    Great ideas! Plain Greek yogurt in place of sour cream would add even more protein.

    @@cynthiakatulka2083 let me know if you try any of the recipes. Greek yogurt is a great replacement- just don’t make the mistake I did thinking vanilla flavored is the same as plain in a recipe 😂
