How I do hard things: 6:30am workouts and study

Its 6:30am, my circadian rhythm has again woken me up at this ungodly hour. Summer has flown by and I’ll be starting classes again in less than 2 weeks. Before class chaos starts up again, follow me along a stereotypical day of my summer of exercising, studying and doing hard things. I share a few tips along the way on how I motivate myself to do hard things - hope you like this video!
