I have watched a million of these closet organizing videos so I’ve pretty much seen it all. I can’t get over how rude Jack was in this video. That uncomfortable silence when he climbed out of the room over his mountain of stuff without saying thank you to the two women cleaning it for him says it all. The first step in every organizing video is to declutter. That didn’t happen. That is not a “tiny” closet at all, it’s that you cram way too much stuff into the space so it feels cramped, and that won’t go away without getting rid of some. However, I do feel like the girl in the video is very nice and likeable. She wanted a change and she went for it. And the organizer Meghal did a great job considering the conditions she had to work with and that she was expected to just re-stuff all that stuff back in. Would definitely watch a new one where they declutter!

Or donate at least 50% of that wardrobe to charirty because you clearly don't used all of it and have no idea what you have. Even with that organisation that closet will end up a mess in a week because there is just far to much stuff for two people. AND with the money you had to spend on more organisation you could of had a nice mini break away together and enjoyed and experience together rather than make your piles of stuff look a little bit more pretty. Just saying

Did anyone else find it weird that although Jack is so tall he didn't put his clothes on the top shelf but down so his fiancée had to reach for her own clothes/throw them on top although being significantly smaller?

Meghan did a great job organizing with such a small budget and neither client being willing to give up any of their belongings. I do have my doubts that the couple will be able to maintain the organization; they simply have too much stuff

Jack was also the one contributing to the mess. But he seemed so upset about the makeover. With so many hats and caps, even with the hat organiser he's still gonna have issues, ehem, issues taking them out. :P But the solutions were great! Tiny closet. Hmm. Very tiny indeed. :P

I got to this video from her describing this as a Marie Kondo decluttering...1st step is discard. And they didn't. Also Konmari specifies that you can't do that for someone else so Jack should have handled his own stuff. But they did reorganize the stuff...didn't solve the actual issues though

I've been watching videos like this hoping they will give me some insight into how to maximize my tiny ammount of storage space. What I've learned instead is that people have a skewed perspective on what "tiny" is. I could dedicate as much space to clothing as these people do, but that would involve giving up my bathroom or my kitchen.
