I suppose "technically" youre supposed to throw them away after a couple of months because of bacteria.... but that's not gonna keep me from holding onto my cracked year old beauty blender even though I have a backup in my closet lol

Suggestion: I don't think putting skincare openly(I assume ventilation is good in you room)is a good idea, it's better to store it in the drawer or dark place which might improve their shelf life:)

I declutter my makeup collection and just about anything of mine every 2-3 months. If I find I’m not using something and can no longer return it, I sell it. If I’ve used it, I either give it to a friend and depending on its condition I donate it.

Currently store my make-up in new plastic disposible food containers...they are labeled with paper taped to each container. Need to invest more for my nail polish. So hilarious(it looks the same) when someone tried stepping in to assist🤣

They're all pretty much the same aren't they? Something about drama with Manny MUA or something? I don't know, in my opinion you can't be a dog, laying down with dogs wondering why you have fleas.
