In this video I'll be explaining how to break into the world of software as a service even if you have little technical background and not a ton of capital. This is the exact playbook I used to sell my first no-code SaaS at age 22. If you'd like to also make money with software in 2024, I highly suggest you watch this entire video from start to finish.
I'd recommend leaning how to build on Bubble.io for most beginners as this will allow you to build up some easy cash flow as a bubble developer. After learning how to build on Bubble.io, you can then parter with big creators and offer to build them a software using no-code tools. This is the strategy I would take to build a SaaS startup or SaaS business if I had to start all over again from scratch.
If you've been wanting to start a SaaS but have no idea where to start, this video will clear up your confusion. Whether you're just looking to build a micro saas or a massive software company down the line, this video is for you.
Topics this video covers:
saas,saas business,saas startup,saas ideas,saas business ideas,no code saas ideas,saas startup ideas,saas company,saas no code,how to start a saas,saas marketing strategy,no code saas idea,successful saas,how to start a saas business,no code saas,b2b saas ideas,software as a service,how to start no code saas,b2b saas,b2b saas company,b2b saas marketing strategy,b2b saas marketing,b2b saas startup

I have done the "fractional CTO" model with 2 different clients but I didn't know that's what it was called lol. I relate to you so much man becoming technical and learning how to make anything someone needs basically guarantees that you will never be poor again. Working on something BIG right now and I would love to chat soon, keep dropping fire!! We only have a few more years before vertical saas is no longer needed for the masses imo so get stacked up now

@@alexheiden3403 i looked at your other short clip for building a app and I admit your correct. I’m using GPT 3.5 and 4. Previously what I was doing is get a concept and I had a web site location that provides free schemas and would find an appropriate schema and build a very quick prototype in google sheets and use a low code builder.
Starting by learning development is a great way to get early cashflow. Nice vid.

Great insights on breaking into SaaS with no-code tools! For entrepreneurs diving into SaaS, one effective strategy is to identify underserved niches within large industries and tailor solutions specifically for them. This can significantly reduce competition and increase product-market fit, accelerating growth.

Thanks for sharing!
how do I price my SaaS? should I just do the same price point as competitor?
Alex, dumb question here, but after watching all your videos, I never remember you explaining how you found the salespeople to fill up your closify platform (i.e. the people that users would find and decide to hire).. so, how did you do that if you dont mind sharing it? Or maybe there IS a video on it and II somehow missed those details?

I love your vids man.
Bro i'm a beginner to online business model and want to a start an online business. I'm thinking of two options AI automation agency and No code software dev agency. Which one will be better for someone like me. Is No code software agency a beginner friendly business model?
overall a nicely laid out plan - what about trying to get hired as a freelancer by no code devs/agencies looking to outsource, is that difficult compared to your hyper targeting and content production strategies (as you recommended we eventually outsource ourselves)? or maybe combine the strategies? seems like could be a good way to get recurring work

Hey Alex ! What do you think about doing a presentation (videos, images,) showing a mvp done with tools like Canva (so not technically a mvp) and then launching pre sales to pay developers after.

@@alexheiden3403 After watching your video, I opened a Bubble account today. I used it for a few hours and it's good. I've been building mobile apps for almost 2 years using flutter. 2 months ago I quit my job. I'm currently building a mobile app to publish it on Play Store. I can't monetize it because I don't have enough money to register a business. Is 3 hours a day enough to get good at Bubble in just 6 weeks?

@@alexheiden3403 Hey Alex. I want to say thank you. Because of this video I got into no code web design. At first I tried Bubble. Didn't like it very much. Then I tried Webflow and it was good, but I gave Framer a try. I completely fell in love with it. In just over 45 days, I made close to 1 grand.

No Code is for people who don't know how to code. Unless you are needing something really fast I don't see why you would do that. Maybe switch Java with something more suited for modern web development.

U need money
Okay so basically I got 2 friends and also including myself, we 3 can create outstanding software, especially mobile and web applications in very short periods of time. We are all engineers (working in the tech domains of mobile, frontend, backend, data, AI, and product) and we already have jobs and each of us are making +8000 USD per month from our professional jobs. Yet we want to create our own business, maybe an agency or maybe a solid business. So I like your videos to be honest. The thing is, we are already way ahead of most of the people. We already have cashflow. We can spend quite a good time without quitting our jobs. We are technical senior level professionals so we already know how-to-do. Currently we are missing a promising business & product idea (maybe a business and income model as well) that has a good market fit (or something we can pivot on the way). We can put something out as an MVP and test it out if potential customers can be turned into real paying customers or not. Any suggestions to find a niche or a domain that we can leverage a side business (hopefully full passive income soon) @Alex Heiden ?
