I liked this. I did find that dark Cadmium yellow gave a more gold, less yellow, look than Naples yellow. I also added Burnt Sienna for the very darkest shadow. But this was a lot of help. Thank you.

Coloring a sphere and a star is pretty easy for me. I was so hoping you would demonstrate odd shaped objects-where to put the highlights when you have a very large object or long items as in your coloring page. That is more the challenge for me. Could you possibly consider doing a part two that actually colors gold on an intricate coloring page which would have many different examples and how to decide where to put the highlights? Some objects may be shadowed by other objects, for instance.

This is such a helpful technique. Thank you so very much!!
