This is an excellent video Ray! I was a unit armorer my first 3 yrs in the Infantry and I loved showing all of the guys in my unit how to maintain everything from the M2 heavy barrel machine gun to the M1911A1 pistol. The only time the fellas in my unit didn’t like me was when I inspected their weapons on return from the range or training exercises and sent them back to clean it better. It was so awesome to go out and have everyone shoot good and not have major issues with their weapon. If they did have malfunctions I usually had it remedied right away or fixed it when we got back in garrison. So I really liked your video and your explanation for the reasons of why it is important to do the things involved to maintain your weapon properly.

Best AR cleaning video I've seen yet!
A very nice presentation, great job doing it in one go.
Thanks, Great video! Pretty much how I’ve been cleaning except for the copper. I’m going to start doing that now!
Buddy. Definitely one of the best I’ve seen.
I’ve watched many AR15 cleaning videos. This is one of the best!
I'm a new AR owner and just found your video.. WOW. I'm glad I did.. I really learned how to break down and clean my AR.. thanks soo much...

@@XRING I'm trying to find that device you put into your vice.. what is it exactly and where can I find one??
Thanks for making my OCD a little calmer.
Strangely satisfying viewing. Great looking gun.
Love the channel…great info as always.
Thanks, I really like some of your techniques.
Thank You Sir! I have also referred back to the cleaning video shared from your truck tailgate.👍
Super solid instructional video. Thanks!
Excellent job. Very informative.👍
Thanks for a great instructional video, very detailed.
Thank you! Solid info that was easy to understand and repeat.
I love how thorough you are with the cleaning process you use and it also being under 20 minutes... way too many videos are short and only cover the bare minimum that you can pretty much guess to be standard (ie: oiling the rails) or the video is waaayyyyy too long and convoluted. I actually downloaded this to have a backup and to make sure it's mirrored offline.

He ends up hunting with a bow and arrow because he can't move the bolt carrier because it's rusted. LOL 😆

Thanks Ray for the tips, I did most of them and some I learned I should do to have a cleaner rifle!
