  • @EVERGREENBOTANIX
    @EVERGREENBOTANIX3 ай бұрын

    Literally zero percent of what was shared here is factual. This girl is very very young, and simply lost the fuller cheeks that preteens/teens have before they fully mature into adults. This has nothing to do with how much water you drink or how you rub your face. It should go without saying, but a very young girl with absolutely no credentials to be giving this kind of advice is NOT the person to be modeling your behavior after.

Not a year ago. But several years ago. Everyone’s face loses volume as they grow into an adult. I’m simply commenting because your advice SHOULD come with a disclaimer. There is zero research or evidence that what you are doing is beneficial. On the contrary, there is research and evidence that what you are demonstrating can be damaging to the skin. Your personal experience is great, but personal experience should not be touted as a miracle fix for people to change their face shape. It simply is not a thing. You absolutely cannot change your face shape without diet changes, exercise, or cosmetic work. Rubbing the skin or even doing lymph massage will NOT change face shape. I repeat. This will not change the shape of your face.

    @CH-kb6gy the point of thirst is to prompt us to drink when we're dehydrated. Dehydration triggers the thirst sensation. You'll know if you're dehydrated because you'll be thirsty. I am 50 and incorporate facial massage every morning and night. It seems to help keep my skins elasticity and reduce wrinkles. I don’t guzzle down a lot of water but drink 5-6 glasses a day (counting my tea and seltzer water😅). I do sleep on my back 75% of the time which I think also helps with managing wrinkles. Good luck to all the ladies and gentlemen who are working hard to maintain your youth and beauty. Kudos for trying. 🎉😊❤

    Pro tip: do the cheeks first and then the jaw, then use your knuckles the same way and push from where your jaw meets your ears down your neck. Do the same technique from the inside of your collarbones out toward your shoulders. This will help drain the lymphatic system in your face and neck and help with blood flow making your skin glow, it also helps keep elasticity in your skin.

I know it sounds silly but all the water (esp like purified water, not so much with mineral water or electrolyte water) disrupts your electrolyte balance and can strip the salt, potassium and magnesium from you .... dehydrating you. If you have purified water put a tiny pinch of Himalayan salt in to help retain your hydration ;). Thank me laterrr.

    Girl's, no water or moisturising will change your genetics, they may help slim down if you have a puffed up face or by losing some weight. Just enjoy your baby face as it will make you look younger for a lot longer and around of age of 35 it will go down in "babyfacedness". Besides, guys find it adorable, why would want to lose a thing that makes you so charming?

    Daily and nightly moisturizer and sunscreen. UVA rays from the sun accounts for the vast majority of skin aging, studies show. It also breaks down your collagen. If you wear sunscreen daily it can be used as a moisturizer so just Jae moisturizer at night water showering when skin is damp. Always wear sunscreen if you go outside or sit near windows. Hats and sunglasses are also very good. Sunglasses help prevent aging around the eyes. Tretinoin on skin is also second to this. Take some collagen protein powder with a higher protein diet too. 25 grams of collagen powder daily is good. Good diet with lots of fruits and veggies, keeping blood pressure in check and cholesterol levels low (eat a low saturated fat diet) are also good things to do. Strength training improves skin according to some new scientific data as well. Do that and some type of cardio regularly.

    If you’re not wearing and sunscreen though, nothing else will work well because it’s not offsetting the premature aging from the sun.

    Facial exercises help too. And you are quite young. Starting facial exercies younger will go in the long run. So glad to see young people doing things like these instead of going with social media and doing all those cosmetic procedures. May more young people find alternative solutions like these to things they find imperfect within themselves when they are actually quite perfect looking to others, instead of going for artificial procedures.

With age skin will sag, naturaly, and nothing but surgery would change it. There are no muscles in the jawline hence indeed its just bit of tissue moving but not staying that way!

    OKAY! let’s be honest and I’ll give YOU GUYS my HONEST reviews , trust me I wont fake it cuz I am also trying to find a glow up for myself , i tried so many stuff n gave up eventually seeing no progress , let’s hope this works 🔥My strategy for each day - do these messages as much as I can , do one other face slimming exercise routine ( it’s around 15 minutes ), cheek puffing in my free time as much as I can , kissy faces as much as I can randomly ( for a chiseled jaw ) ANDDDD drink two bottles of water but if I can three ( it’s a tall glass bottle ) GUYSSSS HYPE ME UP PLEASEEEEEE , I CAN DO THISSSSS Update - It’s the first day and I’m doing this and continuing to do these whenever I can , cuz I have my exams coming up ..I’m feeling great for so reason , my jaw line is a bit more visible maybe cuz I keep messaging it obv more that ten times just whenever I can , and also when I’m studying and do cheek puffing , it’s so easy and effective Update - I’ve done this for another two days and literally my jawline is visible that before , it’s insane!! My double chin seemed a bit more reduced prolly due to the other exercise I did , I def recommend face exercises and messages guys it works !! And also drink lots and lots of water , that’s key DO NOT forget my skin is literally so much clearer , I’m not saying fully clear skin , but it just looks hydrated and glowy trust me UPDATE TIMEE - it’s been I think another two days , and literally like my jawline is sharper . I’m sure I didn’t do these messages and exercises like how I used to do in the first day , I definitely minimized the time cuz I keep forgetting . I do tongue roll as well , it’s a very effective exercise for double chin , you can literally feel your double chin burning away , when it hurts and burns that when it’s working so make sure to deal with it and keep going . My face seems sharper and smaller , I didn’t do cheekbone messages like she said so cuz my glasses are pretty round and big and it’s always a burden to take of my glasses and do that message cuz i literall cannot see a thing , sorry for being half blind , but Instead I do the cheek puffing which seems to do it’s magic . I’ll tell you guys what face exercises I do and the KZreadr as well in the next update 😊

    Drinking plenty of water and giving your face massage is good and healthy, but it will not get rid of your baby fat or change your face structure. What will change this is either lose a lot of weight or the best way, aging. I always had a round face with big cheeks even though I was always skinny. Now that I have reached my mid 20s the baby fat has started to almost disappear completely and my jaw and cheekbones (which I didn’t even knew I had!) are way more pronounced than ever before.

It’s like after you graduate and like 3 years later you bump into a cute guy from school he doesn’t recognize you and than he’s in shock it’s you and is smitten with you. Or vice versa! And when you grow old you begin to get hollow eyes and old face unless you keep weight and I happen to get fat in my face and butt first! So, my friends accuse me of surgery their bone skinny not attractive after 50 even the Hollywood stars or reality stars you start getting old accept it.
