This is taking off, which means a lot of people who just don't "get" cosplay are flooding into the comments to talk about how weird it is. This is just a gentle reminder that there's a real person behind this screen, and I read your comments! You don't need to understand WHY I would want to make a costume like this - we're allowed to be into different things. Insults and sexual comments will be immediately blocked & deleted, so do us both a favor and don't waste your time typing up that crude joke. (And no, you're not the only person who thinks I look like Arya Stark. I've been cosplaying her for many years. Check out my gallery here: www.ginnydi.com/arya)

Lol. KZreads algorithm is up to its old tricks again. Just add plenty of links for people to support you, patreon and what not. Ignore the weirds cause you'll get a ton, and ignore the people who want you to do... Suggestive cosplay. Unless you're into that. Then plan on making a ton of money. Ahahaha. Either way, always enjoy what you do!!!

Hey, I don’t know if I have ever even made a KZread comment before, but I follow you on twitter (fellow critter here!) and saw you’d mentioned you’ve been getting negative comments on this video recently, so I thought I’d come leave a comment too. Just wanted to tell you that I and many others think you’re a very talented creator, and I can definitely see the skill and effort that has gone into designing this. It’s a really lovely creation, and you should definitely be proud of it! Additionally, the way you explain things in your videos is really well-done and easy to follow. As someone with ADHD, following instructions is really difficult, but the way you break things down is incredibly effective. Anyway, I just wanted to make sure you knew you’re very talented, and both you and your work are appreciated!

If you're thinking that you don't cosplay, here's a story. I never thought I was into cosplaying either, until I went to my first Anime Convention. Literally everyone in there was in some form of amazing cosplay, and me looking down at my painfully normal boring clothes, I felt downright nude! It was like going to a costume party, but forgetting to bring a costume. That's how you get into cosplay. Conventions are basically huge costume parties and just as fun!

As someone that did theatre costuming for a couple seasons I really appreciate the ingenuity of craftsmanship in this to work around how it functions and how the character actor can be comfortable wearing this for a length of time. I know the video is 4 yrs old at this point but if nothing else it shows the usefulness of the construction holds. Well done.

I am so glad I watched your video. Your construction technique could be used for several costumes I have wanted to do but was stumped on construction that would be light weight and used readily available materials. I am inspired now. Thank you!!!

Girl, your ability to not only engineer a working model but make it look so gorgeous is so inspiring! Bucket list cosplay right there. Now first I need to learn how to do the basics like... sewing. ha.

So glad youtube has brought me this. I've been thinking for a while that I want to try to make my +Anima OC into a cosplay, and your design with moving back legs is actually exactly what I was planning to do!

Simple and ingenious! I'm glad I watched it because I blinked and said "WUT," at the clip of you walking in the costume and that's what reeled me in. (Well, OK, that and you're adorable, too.) Well done!

Awesome design, and even though I know it's an older video, a little word of caution about the connection for the hooves. I can't tell if you're using those special nylon inserted locknuts that really lock in place, but if you do'nt please note that a repeated circular motion on that joint can cause the bolt and nut to unscrew themselves, potentially losing you a hoof.

Excellent job with the hidden leg mechanic! and super clever! Your "tutorial" was super quick, to the point, and super clear, can't wait to apply and share your ideas with my Kids, and their Cosplay. THANK YOU! Keep creating, and thinking wild!

@Ginny Di I have stumbled across a few of your build videos now, and I must say you are a VERY creative and INSPIRING individual!! I subbed!!! I read your comment below about negative comments. For me not understanding what Cosplay is was directly contributed to the word Cosplay. Then I realized it was dressing up in costume as your favorite characters/heroes and just getting together with others and enjoying their costumes, their acting, their why as to liking different characters and at the big conventions the same but also potentially meeting some of one's favorite actors, etc. For the vast majority of people it isn't an every day thing!!!
