It’s amazing that you’ve been this three times now in less than 1000 go arounds. Takes a lot of luck but also a lot of skill in knowing the right time to use items and possibly using a not very effective move on something that might wall you. You’re a bad ass!

Beat it 3 times doesnt mean it wasnt largely luck based I just beat emerald natdex kaizo ironmon at near 2k, I know how it works

I love both Lapras and Ariados, so seeing their child win Kaizo ironmon was wonderful. Lapras really is a solid mon, decent movepool, decent bulk with a hefty hp stat, and a middling speed tier to outspeed other bulky choices while also having access to d dance if one feels like it. Using less appreciated mons is just more fun.

Going on a run with Ariados was lots of fun, winning the challenge without set up is a bit harder, so I was a doubter at times 🥺

We had a lot of luck at times with Ariados, that's for sure. We've started HGSS, currently on a Seviper run past Clair.

I really like kaizo ironMON! I used to do nuzlockes before kaizo, but I kind of got bored of the constant calculations that nuzlocking turned into. I like the rng factor of ironMON. I've tried other games for this challenge, but find FR/LG the most fun. Would love to get the most wins out of the community in this category too!
