They look very nice...this is exactly how I do my nails and boy they last!!! I personally like painting and designing my own but they do last using this method...I'm on week 3 almost...tyfs I didn't think anyone else used glue and primer together

I have used a technique where I put wet acrylic in the full cover nail tip and mold it to my nail (with Vaseline on it) to create a perfect fit without attaching it. Then I can work on the rest of the nail if I need to; to add acrylic on top and a thin layer under the tip. Obviously I have to clean every bit of Vaseline from my nails and under the tips before attaching; but I can either use additional acrylic on my prepped and primed nail for a longer lasting attachment, or I can used a tiny amount of CA glue to attach it (prepped and primed as well of course) for less long term wear. The perfect fit between the underside of the nail tip and the real nail means it takes very little of either the glue or acrylic to get it attached. Just a tiny drop of glue will spread out to an incredibly thin layer. It’s a convenient way of being able to work on the nails before attaching them and helps get them more perfect (especially working with the non-dominant hand on the dominant hand; always hard!)

This video was great, so informative. I have been trying for a while now to find out if you are to use nail dehydrator and primer before gluing on full cover nails. I tried once and several of my nails came off within minutes and some after a day or two. After I applied the primer my nail was a really sticky, so I thought that could be the reason my nails didn't stick. If you could offer some advice, I'd greatly appreciate it. Is it supposed to be sticky after applying the primer? Again, loved the video. You have a new follower now!

I use builders gel on my press ons , to me they make the nails more sturdy. If you haven’t tried that, I think you should 💙

hey your video is fantastic and I loved it. But I had a tiny question so I wear press-ons (the kiss ones on the head). I wanted to know if that primer would help them stick and not lift. Do you think that it will help, and also I saw that you put on two coats I wanted to know if should I put on a coat and then put it under the led light, or do I just apply two coats then glue the nail down?

Hi! Just curious as to why I have to buff the press on nails to remove shine prior to applying the gel top coat and curing? Is that necessary to do every single time? (Even on press on nails that already have printed designs? I just worry I might ruin the design by buffing.) Also, I read online that the UV gel top coat will only clear on transparent nails, but I see here you are using opaque nails. Have you ever had any issues with your gel top coat not curing properly? I'm very new to press ons and gel polish, so you would be a big help! Thanks a bunch! 😊

Do drilling marks show through French tip clear color nails?? I’ve always been scared of drilling/ filling the inside because I’m not sure if marks will show. 😫

Hi! thank you for the great video! I am really starting to get into press on nails! I love seeing all different types of designs, and shapes and even jazzing up your own! I love going to the nail salon, it's just expensive and I hate seeing my nails so brittle & damaged after I remove gel or acrylic, I started using gel when I would get them done, but it's still rough on nails. Do you think just using a base coat and using nail glue would help press-ons stay on longer? Also, do you have to cure your nails? thanks so much! 💖💅💖

And that’s great I definitely recommend for less damage to use nail glue and they last 2 weeks or more or nail glue that you cure under the UV/LED lamp that’s the way that I do it I cure my nails with nail tip glue and they last as long as I like 💜💜

You should season sanding band just like you would for a regular nail life so you dont cut your clients or yourself
