I did one Self Care task for 21 days. Here is what happened and it was definitely interesting! I learned how to make it realistic for busy people as well! I struggled with finding what self care means to me as a mom. It has always been difficult to separate motherhood and self-worth, I felt like that got a bit easier.

My friend...as I am listening to your story tonight...you have described my life at 18-21 years old to a TEE. W O W. I had not thought of this part of my life like this in a long time. It has definitely affected me. Like you, I got through it mostly. My son and I on our own, but we were safe. Boy, do I understand the devastation you have gone through. The heartbreak almost got me. Hi Libby, thank you for sharing your story with us. I am a formerly abused wife, twice. My 2nd husband threatened to stab me. Husband 3 was emotionally abusive. Now I am divorced, free from abuse.
