Im still in college and what ill say is if you can do move to online only (if it works for your degree) then use the free time you'll have to get a fulltime job, then use the money from that fulltime job to fund a business based on a skill or theme you enjoy! this is whats working for me and believing in yourself will do wonders for you! who knows you could be a millionare by 23 :)

for your first car dont get a project car, get a cheap reliable daily something toyota or honda, like a used camry, corlla matrix or a civic or accord they will be really good on gas the engines are simple low maitnence and reliable theirs millions of them sold in america so parts are cheap and they will last forever even if u get something with 200k miles for $2000-$4000 these cars are proven to run to over 300k miles if taken care of properly
