How I ACTUALLY Make New Habits Stick…the secret to self-discipline

Hi friends! This video is all about setting new habits that actually stick and what I’ve learned about discipline. A few years ago I felt like I wasn’t in control of my own life or actions and was just going along with whatever felt easiest or good at the moment. Since then I’ve worked on building up my self discipline, but more importantly I’ve designed my life and environment in ways that push me to follow through with my goals.
Thanks so much for watching!

Hello Madeline! This was your first video that I watched and I really loved it! I enjoy so much the way you balance things. You talk about being productive and have discipline without discarding the resting side of life. That's truly important and refreshing to hear. Thank you for your work! 😊

Thank you so much Artur! I find that when I get out of balance (which does still happen a lot haha) I usually crash and burn for a bit, so it's way better to take the time to rest and restore! I'm so glad you enjoyed the video 💛😊

It's always a great pleasure to get some useful advice for life :) I really appreciate the part of doing great rest. YES, I really agree, as for Iast I have burn out. I thought that we don't need rest. So the result: burn out. Thank you Madeline for sharing this advice. Keep going :) I'll stay tuned.

I'm the same way...even when I tell myself I'll rest it's hard to not feel "guilty" about resting. Something I'm still working on! Thank you friend, your comment mean so much😊💛
