All credit goes to Producer ATL Jacob as well as Future. I do not intend to profit off of this beat whatsoever. As a fan I just did this remake for fun and for ppl to learn.

Yessirskii. 🔥 I always wondered how ATL made the bounce with the snare. It definitely carried the whole beat. Definitely one of the best beats this year. You did great breaking down the melodies too, despite the limitations your work ethic is unparalleled. much love bro.

That snare roll is so nasty 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
This set the tone of the whole album tbh. Dark melody, hard drums, screams “I Never Liked You”
Hell yea dude, love the snare pattern on this beat.

@@ozzebeatz1519That’s the best part bro. Make a melody on a piano or something and just browse sounds/processing and you’ll end up w something super fire & unique.

But wouldn’t pitching it down 2 semi tones make it outta key how di that even work ?
@DreenoBeatz
Жыл бұрын
I know what you mean but if you pitch everything down 2 notes (or semitones) then every instrument should be in the new key. It'd be the same as turning the Master Pitch knob down 2 semitones and every sound in the beat changes with it.

@@DreenoBeatz i know that what i meant was like in the transition or does it create tension
@DreenoBeatz
Жыл бұрын
Oh ok my bad. Yea since I exported the first pattern to a wav file, and then the pattern that's pitched down to a separate wav file, the transition is immediate therefore smooth. No tension. Sorry my bad if I don't fully understand what you're asking.

like any soft clippers ?
@DreenoBeatz
Жыл бұрын
Yo good question, I should've covered it in the vid. But yes, I added a soft clipper w the default settings. I also have a limiter with the gain turned up slightly. This is what allows the 808 to hit so hard. Nothing crazy, there are several tutorials on YT that help explain how to make your drums hit harder. That's all I did here. Hope it helps

I do the soft clipper on top and the limiter last. The master is at 0 but you can adjust it to whatever sounds best.
