It all started with THE INCIDENT. Scarian=bane of redstone 😂 The tunnel bore was Grian- proof, Scar-proof, but not Scarian-proof.

Doc is Surtr, just cause he's the only one with the potential to crash the server a.k.a Ragnarok

the prank was so grand it summoned iskall back to the server

Iskall saying "why are we raising hands" ( 8:11 ) got me literally roling, i had to replay it SO MANY TIMES

Grian is the only one who can actually compare to doc in power by being the bane of his existence

That was a very accurate representation of Tango 😂.

I remember the live stream of Tango when he said that the group would kick him out of that project just to finish Decked Out faster.

I don't know which little detail was my favorite, Doc's eye twitch during the bits about the chickens, of Iskall coming in and immediately raising his hand. Once again a fantastic explainer animation. I love it.

Just to make an amendment, the prank wars may not be over. Whilst the buttercups have disbanded and called their final move, Doc's latest upload proves that that is not the last from him.

But then Grian proceeded to find a loophole to Ren’s loophole to his loophole via making his ‘trial’ a chance for Team Resistance to armour up for the final battle against King Ren and his Royal Court

I feel like the story of how the dragon eggs got there and the cleaning lady being furious as she discovered the dragon egg she has is not one of a kind anymore should have been included

Now I can see, from here on, this turn into a server wide war Seeing as so many more hermits have involved themselves in the prank war (knowingly or unknowingly) and that Doc has a list of the guilty hermits I’m excited to see how this unfolds

I like the fact that Grian has caused MORE wars than he has been in seasons

The prank war was easily my favorite part of Hermitcraft season 9 because it made me laugh a ton during the story arc. The last time I laughed a lot at Hermitcraft before that was Mumbo’s arc with the L.O.L.I.T.F.A.I.L.E.D. rocket resulting from his sleep deprivation group at the end of season 8.

I found the image of Tango working on decked out super funny. Strangely enough, Tango actually wasn’t at that Hermitcraft meeting where the daffodils recruited. He was busy streaming Decked out at the time, so very on brand lol.

Honestly the real victim was Pearl for having to clean up everything

I really like that Tanogo has bags under his eyes

I have been looking forward to this video, and you have not disappointed!

Doc is going to find a way to end the season with some sort of redstone based grey goo event.

It’s because of this season 10 is more relaxed and chill, such an interesting chain of events.

Gotta love how we first had the whole thing with King Ren taking up a role as a villain in his own arc, and when that arc commences, and Ren is forgiven. Then the incident with Grian, Scar and the Button , puts into motion a new arc, a new war, this time against the goat himself, Doc. And Ren even ends up becoming a sidekick to Doc even. Though of course one shouldn't vilify anyone on Hermitcraft, Doc DID end up taking the mantle of villain a bit, much like Ren had done before him. And I don't know about you, but since I DO view Doc as a greater threat than Ren, this whole situation with the wars almost feels like a climax followed by a second greater climax, like how movie models are built up sometimes. Covering the entire perimeter with dirt was like the final blow to the "villain" of that story. Where almost everyone joined forces to accomplish this task, which at the end of the day ended the prank war of season 9. And though of course Doc is a phenomenal person on Hermitcraft, it's hard to avoid the idea that he took the role of villain at heart sometimes. I mean, for crying out loud, he built a old-style propaganda speaker to his tower, blasting the greater vicinity of the neighborhood with literal propaganda as if it was taken from WW2, and the guy's GERMAN! XD

Hopefully I learn something new about this event, because only watching his perspective, he expressly DIDN’T start a war, he escalated and escalated and escalated, and then did one final prank and called off the war before it happened Basically this was the Hermitcraft equivalent of the Cold War…as far as I know Turns out, I did NOT miss anything…I desperately want this to become another proper war

who knew that a freak accident from trying not to finish the back of a base would end in the covering of the freaking hole

i guess his special abilities in the hermitcraft TCG didn't lie he do be able to start a war

This has become a tradition on HermitCraft since S6 if I remember right. Never a dull moment with Grian

And now with Ren doing Scabland to mess with Scar, well. Should be an interesting few weeks on top of decked out 2 being close to opening its doors.

The thing is that grian, scar and mumbo do such a good trio From chaos to headleveled

If I had a nickel for every time grian was involved in a war dressing as a hippie, I’d have 2 nickels which isn’t a lot but it’s weird it’s happened twice

Not only did Grian start a war with the most powerful man on HermitCraft, but, and I think we can all agree, he *won*

The war has essentially come to a halt thanks to Tango and Decked Out, but yea Grian is effectively winning yet another war. The rules of Hermit wars are simple: have Grian on your side and you instantly win

For some reason animation of Doc's machine exploding reminds me of Red Desert's explosion

I mean, the "eggcellent invention" (thanks Gideon!) would have been checkmate, on any server except Hermitcraft, and with anyone except Doc. And covering the Perimeter _should_ have also been checkmate, minus the aforementioned qualifiers. Basically, the Goatfather is playing 5D chess and the Buttercups had no hope of checkmating him in _every timeline simultaniously,_ is what happened here.
