sickening how much disrespect this guys gets. he had an off season this past year, but i refuse to believe he’s cooked. he can still be an All-Star caliber point guard. look at what he was doing in DC just the season before this last one. he’s one of the greatest to do it at the point guard position and just in general.

is he a stat passer or he’s helping his team and his team needs him so he just has a lot of pts,ast, reb, etc.

Russ is trash look at his MVP season game logs he had 7 10+ turnover games. He had games where he scored 50 but it took him 45+ shots (3 or 4 games like that). He even had 4+ quadruple doubles w/ turnovers. If you watch him in person or his actual games.. you’ll see how flawed he actually is. He’s an all star at most but gotta be extremely overrated because of the tripple double and his explosiveness. If you’re a team that values winning you will NEVER be able to win w/ that.

He's always had that play style where he can get his individual stats look nice on paper, but never lead to a significant wins. Also his rebounds are overrated as I can recall numerous times where he let his team box out other players for him to catch the rebound. Let alone that one famous clip where he grabs the rebound out of Steven Adams' hands, HIS OWN teammate.

The most unforgettable moment from westbrook for me was that game winning half court shot that also broke the record of trip dub

He is the best dunker,energetic,athletic,great passer PG of all time!

The OKC season where it was just PG and Russ was probably my favorite season from both those guys

Man that is a fact. PG was looking like a top 5 player in stretches and Russ was a nightmare in his own right. It was annoying they didn't run it back but their supporting cast was trash.

Despite having numerous flaws Russ has still managed to put together a HOF resume and he'll go down as a top 50 player ever, a top 10 PG ever and one of the greatest athletes ever especially at the PG position. He's my all time favourite player and I hate it when people flat out disrespect him. You can criticize him but the amount of disrespect & hate he gets is insane.

He is one of my favorite players and man I wish we could back the clock, because he truly was unstoppable

one of the players that made me fall in love with basketball. Built my play style around him. Making us smaller but explosive players dominate a game .I support him to this day and it hurts watching him get attacked by everyone else.

He changed Tripple doubles

There were alot of clutch plays from 3s and midrange jumpers westbrook made in his prime but you only focused on the dunks. Man that dude was superb in his prime

Im going to have Russell Westbrooks Athleticism in my prime. 41 inch Vert, great speed and agility. I want to be able to dunk like him too.

One of the greatest players ever as well as one of the funnest to ever watch play. Who cares what anyone says about Stat padding or not a winner or any of that. Appreciate him for what he was and is, a straight beast.

From 2013 - 2019 those were the prime years imo When I watched him play, tho his peak year was 2017

He had a great explosive end to the game tonight. Made me want to watch his highlights and this video really shows how good that man can really be

I think playing with the Lakers is a major factor in his fall off. He doesn't fit the team in any shape or form. He fit well with the Wizards because Beal is a great off ball player but playing with another ball dominant player, Lebron is definitely not a good position for Russ to thrive in.

Love this, People so quick to hate on Russ totally ignoring just how good he really was his prime years. I find it odd tho considering the point of the video that you didn’t include it seemed any highlights from his MVP season tho as he had SOOO many better highlights than these in that season alone, This vid is mainly his last few seasons in OKC with PG & Melo, Which is where he was still good, But slowly started to burn out a bit. I would have added more plays from his ‘14 to ‘17 years as that was peak Russ IMO
