That absolute scumbag, we'll have to chastise him next time. It's an odd stipulation to play with to be fair, certainly a unique choice for a pet deck.

Very true, losing life ≠ damage so Angel's Grace wouldn't have saved him. I knew that card was bad

@@RealTheBurgerKing No, he could. He can't lose until the end of the turn. He can go into negative life total (with ad naus for exmpl)

@@freakshow6717 depends on the card. If you're asked to pay life you can only pay if you have enough (fetch lands, tymna) if you lose life as part of the effect that's fine, you got to negative life. Ad naus from -10? Fine. Fetchlands at 1 life? Fine, pay 1 go to 0. Tymna at -5? No deal, you don't have any life so you can't pay (you're already in debt)
