Mr Lee, he was a great man. Even! all off the SJW's would off loved him. Why? Because he was one off the first men, too put his wife & children first. Mr Lee absolutely loved his wife & children. Misses Lee & the two kids, absolutely, loved him back. Mr Lee would do anything for them, anything! That nurse that gave Mr Lee the wrong medication, should off been locked up for malpractice, for not getting the medicine right. "I'm being nice ! If there was, super heroes' in this world, Mr Bruce Lee, 100% would be one off them. Who knows what happened too the medicinal team that were supposed look after him. I hope they never worked in medicine again. Again I'm begin nice.

Bruce Lee must have trained many hours every day of his life to have developed and mastered the skills as he demonstrated in his real and his movie fights. He was gifted with extraordinary reflexes, strength, flexibility, and the ability to instantly adapt his fighting style to best defeat an opponent in the quickest time possible. His exceptional speed was not only in his attack mode, but he was able to read his opponents attack moves almost before they were delivered. I've never seen any athlete come close to Lee's exceptional gifted abilities. He has a grace and an ease of motion I've never seen on anyone else in any competition.

As Jackie Chan once commented Bruce had to slow down some of his moves in his films cause cameras during that time period could not capture the speed. Clearly you can also see the accuracy and power he had in his demonstrations whether on a human being or object. What amazes me the most is he rarely injured himself (at least to the point where he had to stop intensity training) even when striking something at that level of speed and power. You see injuries in mma all the time when someone is both fast and powerful. Awesome master!

This is an example of how we as humans must find essentialist reasons to have others value us or our opinions. Bruce Lee stated that speed comes from timing. The only hope there is for being superhuman is out of fear based or the sympathetic divisions need. The timing and speed happen due to Bruce being so relaxed so as to act the instant his opponent shows his preparation of attack. That is, when you are able to notice a person's eyes, then you know his next give away will be his hand or foot. This not only makes him quicker than the opponent but gives the impression of superhuman speed. The practice of technique accounts for the rest. In order to understand why you want to have yourself heard with no substantial evidence takes much research in psychological, physical, and spiritual areas cat.

Essentialist, that's what you are. Those who lack understanding find it essential to respond without further investigating their own shortcomings. Again, Bruce Lee defined this lack of self esteem as what breaks the world down to its foundations. History repeats itself with your unwillingness to understand yourself and why you lack critical thinking ability. Before you respond to things start reading more truth about everything, otherwise you'll respond to everything out of ego. To answer your question about strength the most power you can achieve in a single human body is out of the sympathetic fast twitch muscle division which only occurs out iof fear and anger and lacks control. In Bruce's words the good man remains relaxed, fearless, aill this is practiced in repetitions in order to remain out of the fight or flight nervous system. You really need work if you believe your getting anywhere without studying all this, and getting anywhere with me like this.

I've seen your comments before about Bruce Lee and I understand you're a hater, and like to argue with people about the topic. Let me ask you this, why weren't you saying this when he was around?
