I cant get FL Slayer to play the right notes but idk why. Anybody else have this issue?
How did you get the 808s so loud without clipping or drowning out other instruments

Yo sorry for delayed response but happy to help. Mixing is important for all the drums/instruments. But, on the master channel I just added a soft clipper and effectrix with some crushing (which kind of acts like a limiter). This sort of blasts the drums to max volume, gives a distorted effect, and keeps the volume high for other instruments.

Another tip would be to put a soft clipper, set to max threshhold. Then open up multiband compressor then choose the setting 6db or the other one, then level the drums to fit that master. Just try it, I am not the best when it comes to mixing but lately that has been whats working for me.

Yo thanks for watching, yea it would but just not as realistic as Nalex Ninja. But similar effect. I really like camel crusher but I’ve had issues in the past where it crashed FL too many so I don’t use it as much hah

I activated Reverse, Crush, Filter, Chorus, and Reverb. It doesn't make a huge difference but sounded better to me 👍👍
