We didn't go into debt and then file bankruptcy to take our pre-schoolers to DisneyWorld before they had the memory and ability to appreciate the experience.

That’s something my grandmother did. She put the sand dollars in her Christmas tree, Greatest Generation. As Gen X, I don’t have any friends to know other people are doing that.

I'm not a boomer, buuuttt I'm like this. I get the suitcases outta the shed a week before to make sure all the smell is out before I start to put my stuff (according to the list I made) in it over time before I leave. I harrass the kids daily to make sure they've done their laundry and get the house clean before we leave so it's not a mess when we get back.

They earn leave every payday and if they don't use it they lose it. Millennial here who hasn’t gone on vacation since 5 years ago when I was 7 months pregnant with my oldest. It was a b&b in Connecticut and I totally took pictures of all the food things.

I was driving to my friend’s out of town wedding with myself and another bridesmaid. As we were driving, she had to take an hour long work call! Lol

Okay, anyone else get that feeling when you realize that the millennial girl trey portrays is you sister in law.? Yeah, if you haven’t, it’s a very strange feeling 😂 nice job with your videos trey! Excellent and accurate as always!

This totally speaks to me but my dad is actually 90 and is the SILENT GENERATION (1925-1945) - work hard, save money, loyal, cannot handle hardly any technology, didn't do anything to call attention to themselves, worked the system rather than fight it. I am a GEN X and proud of it. Alot of the material reminded me of our generation but we are also hard workers, not complainers and save money, did not grow up with technology but do what we have to do to get the job done and take all the time off we can get our hands on...no regrets.

My Grandparents were born around 1923. I spent a lot of time with them growing up so I often see things through their eyes. The Silent Gen are here and yet left behind. Everything is online. Banking, med appts, and shopping (need to go online for 70% off!) Etc. Even something as simple (and needed) as TV has become complex and problematic. The media and politicians don't even seem to realize they exist.

@@RH-tv9hk True. Yeah my dad has had computers and they even have smart phones and I pads and shop online. Both of them do really well for their age. They got lessons at the university nearby on using computers, but they only understand so much and want to learn only what they need to get by. Politicians have dismissed them.

The only thing I disagree with is that Gen X doesn’t complain… Gen X definitely complains like every other generation (think mermaids) lol Anyway, great to hear about your awesome parents! They’re known are the greatest generation for a reason I think.

Millennial here and I always fantasize about moving to the places I travel 😂 and I HAVE to find all the local coffee shops!

I wonder which is the most notorious late sleepers. Gen z may have the title at the moment, but that's because they are still young. I don't know too many of my fellow Gen Xers who get out of bed before 9 am, while I personally keep sleeping until noon.
