Dutch Bros Coffee is currently one of the fastest-growing chains around. Opening 98 stores in 2021, the drive-thru concept with a cult-like following plans to open as many as 125 locations this year in its eventual drive to hit 4,000. Orchestrating this growth is VP of Real Estate & Construction, Aaron Harris. But it hasn’t been easy. Unsurprisingly, he and his team have noted significant time erosion on projects due to current procurement challenges, cost increases, and other delays. As well as working with vendors to uncover innovative solutions and undertaking a unique, community-focused approach to speeding up the permitting process, Dutch Bros is also experimenting heavily with non-traditional development - they unveiled 19 modular locations last year, and will open as many as 25 this year to supplement growth. The tactic has provided major savings in both cost and time. Awww 😢it’s okay she’ll start socializing with a lot of people hopefully she gets a clear peaceful mind ! Practice making drinks at home with her , buy a frother some syrup include yourself small simple gestures go along way . Jim Cramer ?? Hahahahahaha every heard of the Cramer reversal ? Yeah well my eyes tell me there opening stores all over California and ohh boy are they packed !!! Idk bout you but I’m actually doing boot work on the field and what I’m telling you is there re investing not stock re buys
