Now I want to know how the porcelain steel sheets are made.

Fun fact: dry erase ink can erase Sharpie ink. It may need a few tries to completely remove the Sharpie, but it works.

Dry erase and sharpie ink are the same but the dry erase also has a solvent. This solvent can dry off which is why old dry erase ink gets stuck. You can buy this solvent in spray form which is usually used to clean these boards. The solvent is usually 90% isopropyl alcohol and 10% water.

Everyone has hand sanitiser laying around now... That does it great... I know because at work the cleaners went round during covid and cleaned all of the numbering off the damn fire extinguishers.

My dad was a manager back in 1967. One of the walls in his office was entirely white board. I drew flowers on the bottom edge which he kept for weeks. On the flipside, I found out our white fridge was _not_ white board, much to my mother's dismay. 🤭

We have some conference rooms like that at work, the walls are dry erase on 3 sides, windows on the 4th. The inside of the door and door trim are also dry erase.

Looks like I wont be escaping the amount of time Im about to waste on all of these How its made episodes again.

The dry erase board music sounds like something from the Phoenix Wright games.

Never knew so many "technicians" were involved in making whiteboards. Glad they are on the job!
