I really respect her journey as a person, but hey in the end we know that the president of India is nothing but a mule of the ruling party. So I don't really think there will be any such demonstration of her "revolutionary leadership", it's totally an overstatement. Also we have had APJ Abdul Kalam as our president, so the threshold for being exceptional is pretty high.

Hello, I am from Odisha. Draupadi Murmu tied Rakhi to my father when she first joined politics. During the time of politics, my mother was also given a chance to sit in the same seat that Draupadi Murmu sat. As my father worked there as a Forest Department Officer, we lived in Rairangpur for 7-8 years. This is when Draupadi Murmu also tied rakhi to my father. We also have picture of her tying rakhi to my dad. He must be so proud to see that Draupadi Murmu has became President of India today! He is watching all of us from Heaven! 😇😇

Thanks Sir, You nicely & briefly explained the president elections. I just want to add little information with your permission regarding ballot paper used in President Elections which is quite different method to cast a vote. Unlike the general election, the presidential election is done by following a system called the single transferable vote, which follows the proportional representation system. In this system, each elector marks his/her preferences among the candidates contesting the election. The electors mark their preferences by placing numbers in the space provided in column 2 of the ballot paper against candidates’ names like 1,2,3,4,5. Simply put, the ballot paper has two columns of which the first column includes the name of the candidate and the other includes the preference (listing). There is no use of symbols during the election of the president.

He just said how murmu became president , he was not explaining presidential election as a whole, sinse there were only two candidate , the process was as simple and there was no need of transfering vote

Yes but we can't expect this from fighting for hijab woman's. This is India here we have our own beautiful culture every indian citizen should follow that. But your women's still fighting hijab in education system . Go Iran watch there how educated muslim womens throwing hijab at road because they want leave their own life. My final word is respected India culture and follow that don't make your own Islam law here

Anyways, their own party tho chalega.. But what was his response on Delhi riots, CAB withdrawal request, removal of SC/ST protection act and non-BJP rule states' request to remove intervening governors??
