They had to play players like Wes Welker, Calvin Johnson, and an almost picture perfect receiver room on multiple teams. Some of y’all want to be different, I respect it but also don’t. Not many could score on, let alone beat this Dynasty of a no fly zone.

It will close game. You guys are maybe 1 or 2 players on defensive side away from building another superbowl run. You guys have a lot of young players that can excel and be more than good enough to win it all. Any given Sunday. It will be a great match up and the game of the year on full stomach for sure

Was a great time as a Seahawks fan. I've always loved characters, and we had some... Sherman talking trash (and backing it up), Beast Mode and his skittles, a missle flying around the field in Thomas... he hit Gronk so hard he perferated his lung, and Bam Bam Cam with his huge hits. Had Bennet take a victory lap on a police bike... Not only were they amazing on the field they were fun on the sidelines.

It was an honor to be one of "The 12s" during the years of THE BOOM! How ANY player got up after Bam-Kam knocked them down was a testament to their strength.... or stupidity😂😂. Alot of players never got up the same man that went down coz of one of Kam's hits! You could hear bones breaking from the "Cheap Seats"! I love our Seahawks with all my heart and I speak for thousands of us when I say, the years with The Legion of Boom, were some of the best years of our lives (and theirs too)..I mean they WERE the ones playing... even though they were on the field doing all the Heavy Lifting, the 12s go home exhausted too. None of us could talk for at least a week. It was fun at work that next Monday after game day Sunday! You could tell right away the ones who got to GO TO the game and those of us that had to stay home and watch. It didn't really matter, as long as we could watch they're games, we were happy. I even told my son at the time, "Pay attention, enjoy this. We probably wont ever see a team like this again." And SB49 really wasnt about the late interception, that gets all the headlines, but it was the injuries that doomed that game. Remember that Earl, Sherman, and Kam entered the game hurt. They probably wouldnt have been playing if it was a normal game, but they were hurting. Then Avril went out hurt, the pass rush dropped off. And Lane broke his arm after an interception..... it was too much. It just weakened them enough to allow Brady to crawl back in.

As a Seahawks fan I will say this. Any yard against these guys in their prime was earned. And sometimes that yard you do get was at the same time Kam or Earl knocked the wind out of you. And these guys were coached by the secondory development god Pete Carroll

At 6.4+ and 230+ lbs., Brandon Browner was the biggest cb in the history of the league. He may be the biggest to ever play the game including all future seasons. He set the tone and yet never gets any credit. Also important - the LOB model which is simply huge DBs employing an overhang safety in the box, was used by previous Seattle teams. The Seahawks have a long history of savage DBs which Carroll was emulating. So it wasn't something new. And also, the LOB ended because other teams began scheming for that overhang safety to the point where that aspect of the LOB model just didn't work anymore.

@@itz_gl1tch775 Mixture of what you mentioned as well as what happened in the Super Bowl. The cracks in the locker room became crevices because of it. And then the addition of the overall defensive performance of the team going down after 2014 as well as contracts and injuries... became the downfall of the LOB. So the Super Bowl interception wasn't the cause, more like a catalyst.
