I have been on low dose (2.5mg) of prednisone for 2 years now for skin issues. It works but sometimes I get frequent ear infection because of it...but its better than you skin peeling and sticking to your clothes all day. Thank for all you do...I have learned a lot from your videos...(better than what my doctor tells me)

You’re welcome! Sounds like the benefits of skin health outweigh the risks for you. If so, that makes sense to me.

I had a slow release prednisone injection in my butt last week for the RA. Weaning down on the oral prescription soon from 5mg to 2.5.mg. I just wonder if the injection is any better in terms of side effects?

It depends on the dose. But generally injections spread to the whole body, so the side effects do too.
