People in chronic pain, terminally ill people, people suffering from dementia, all may have times when they moan nonstop. Moaning isn't just an expression of pain, distress, or confusion, it's also a means of self soothing and comforting in the same way that humming is soothing. Please remember this with compassion if you're exposed to or caring for someone whose moans may be getting on your nerves. God bless.

This has been my experience. I've had slow digestion and the feeling of nausea for years. Started doing this after large meals. Nausea gone!! Humming works. Do what she says & try it. 😊
