They did this in Vietnam for our troops in the war, old technology that is being used all over the world mainly in America.

This is an idea from centuries ago. Even before the 1860s. But during the Civil War, in 1861-1865, they would shoot cannon balls into the sky, painted with different metallic paints, like copper and iron, etc. This was to attract lightning, and once the lightning hit the balls, it would spread those ions into the atmosphere causing different effects.

Science has proven time and time again that messing with nature’s natural processes is never a bad idea, and always ends well.

Weather modding isn't knew. The US used it in Vietnam and it got weather modification banned in war. The US flooded Vietnamese supply routes. The US has been using it on us soil for decades.

@@melbellgiveemhell3220 you can look up a U.S military patent from 1957 or 1959, with focus on weather modification, with it also comes an interesting sentence i try and quote "the goal is, by 2020 the research has gone so far to 100% manipulate the weather" i didnt make this up, it is an over 60 year old patent that is in the books.

Making clouds dump their precipitation in an “artificial” location means that the moisture won’t go where it was supposed to originally. Potential for drought in other locations?

Those clouds typically are north bound into Kuwait, eastern Iraq and western/northern Iran next to the caspian sea.

And what happens to that salt after it's done seeding... It gets into their soil. One of the biggest problems with cloud seeding is that the particute matter that you're using doesn't just stay up in the air. It's an attempt to force the outcome, when outcomes can be met by creating better initial conditions on the ground. There are better methods. Such as pattern matching earthworks and then planting to stabilize.

I don’t know if any of your remember I specifically remember there a scholastic kids that we got when I was in the 4th grade. They talked about cloud seeding / weather modification for turn clouds in to rain clouds. And they call people crazy for calling this out in the USA.

One thing I noticed in Dubai is the traffic chaos when it rains. It seems that many roads have no drainage, so it collects and stays until it eventually can evaporate. Quite recently the government asked people to work from home for two days due to the heavy rain.

You are in a very arid region on the world. That environment is not conductive to heavy rains and its all due to how irresponsible they are with cloud seeding. They are literally taking rainwater from other areas to make it rain on their territories its selfish and highly irresponsible. All they are doing is creating problems messing with the natural weather patterns by doing so.

20 mill only?? If that same tech was implemented here in the USA it would magically be a 5 billion dollar cost.

Drawbacks could include an imbalance in the total rain coverage in other regions due to acquisition of rain from the clouds that are merely supposed to pass through
