I just had to return my daughter’s bracelet after less then a year because it kept unclipping causing her charms to fall off. She ended up losing 2 charms. 😡 i wanted to know what is better the clips or the chain to secure the charms from falling off?? Ty 🇨🇦

When you put your safety chain on do you have to wind it on there. Cause my safety chains clip on? But do I definitely need safety clips I don't understand how the bracelet stretches after awhile

Can you use clips on a bracelet that is not parted by these two points?

You can! If you purchase one ask for a silicone thingy that goes into the clip. They will know that you have a bracelet without these two sections. ❤️

My question is the same as N Serra... I have the bracelet that does not have part to apply the clips to except on both ends.. I did by 2 clips tho.

Theres a specific clip you will need, it has a grip inside

So you need a clip and a spacer just to look nice what's a clip do?

I have a pandora leather bracelet, so I can't use the clips, they move like charms. What can I use to loosen up my bracelet. Can I use the spacers or will they move as well? Thank you for your video!

You need to put a rubber inside the clip to stop it from moving

Go in your local store and ask for a Grip it will stop them from moving

Hey, this hook at the end broke in my bracelet. I don’t know what to do, at the end there is just the small Metal wire. Please can someone tell if it can be fixed and if I can just glue it back on.

If you've purchased it within 2years you have a warranty cover, they can give you a new one. if not it can be sent for repairs at a cost xx Hope it helps!
