you spelled it COMPLETELY WRONG, LMAO! xD it is ACTUALLY SPELLED FERROCERIUM FERRO, NOT FERI, because the prefix "FERRO" means IRON, which LITERALLY is exactly what ferrocerium is comprised of. It is a synthetic firesteel metal made by mixing the oxsides of iron and/or magnesium with other substances.

My theory, the Oil are get on the top and the flint are appearance a gas or Hot splash Thus burning the oil
I think ur hand is spinning it to make sparks and the red button u press gets gas
