How does a Dutch Cheese Market Work?
The Alkmaar Cheese Market is the oldest and largest in the Netherlands. Every year for a limited period, you can visit a traditional Dutch cheese market and see how a historic cheese market work in the traditional way. NOTE..Look at the coloring of the straw hats... the bands and collored hats are a kind of code stating for which trader/carier they work... the color is therefore not random...just to let you know
