Best brand of bread maker and cost and I have question have an electric cooker comparing it with other one in cooking meat it does not become tender like in the stove pressure cooker.

thanks for the video , have the same bread maker , but each time I try I always come out with a doughy bread, even after following the manufacturer instructions any tips would be highly appreciated thanks

Thank You so much for all the details! Great to see the comparisons! I have just acquired a (used) Morphy Richards Bread-maker 48220 in the UK. It's kneading my first loaf as I write! I used to have a Cuisineart bread-maker in the US. I did not have any powdered milk here and I'm a long way from stores, so I substituted fresh milk instead of some of the water. I've never used powdered milk in bread making. Any thoughts on this?

Oh I see your answer about real milk versus powdered in reply to a comment below. Thank You! I can see why delayed, timed baking would not be good for fresh milk.

Hi please help my machine i set it on basic 1 3:00 then after 10mins its beeps non stop and change the time to 6. 0:0L what could be the problem 😢

Hi! Milk powder does make for a softer bread and it browns really well coz of the milk sugars. If you want to replace the milk powder, although I’ve never done it before (I just have theoretical knowledge of this) for every 1/4 cup of milk powder replace it with 1 cup of milk and remember to reduce the amount of water by 1 cup so that your bread doesn’t end too soggy.

Bought mine off Amazon Uk. You can get it locally from Hotpoint appliances Kenya, although they have different brands from mine

My always get burnt have tried three different menu follow the exact recipe on crust light don't know what to do
