HOW DO YOU INCREASE YOUR FERRITIN LEVELS?

HOW DO YOU INCREASE YOUR FERRITIN LEVELS?
first you need to understand how much iron you need on a daily basis, so that you can understand how much iron you need to bank iron as ferritin, because ferritin is your iron storage protein it's basically your iron savings account so if you are a man or a non menstruating female.
Then you should be taking approximately 30mg of iron per day, and that will allow you over time to move about 10 ferritin points per month so if your ferritin is 30 today by tripling your daily requirement it should be in a month from now approximately.40 and we wanna get you to at least 17 anagrams per milliliter, if you are a menstruating female, then you probably are going to require more like 90mg, per day to actually bank ferritin, and overtime and always retest your ferret and level after 90 days or discontinue.

Following childbirth, I noticed my hair fall but I remained calm. I took action to remedy it. I chose a wellness-focused approach. I took care of my diet, having nutrient-rich foods, specially rich in Protein, Biotin. I exercised daily and practiced meditation for stress management. I just stayed away from tight hairstyles and stopped using heated hair tools to prevent hair damage. I also started applying LittleExttra's Coconion shampoo, hair oil combined with a wooden neem comb. The outcome was hairfall control and the recovery of my hair.

It's wonderful to hear about your proactive and wellness-focused approach to address post-childbirth hair loss. Pregnancy and childbirth can lead to hormonal changes that may affect hair health, and taking steps to support your hair's recovery is commendable. Your approach includes several beneficial practices: Diet: Consuming nutrient-rich foods, especially those high in protein and biotin, can provide essential building blocks for healthy hair growth. Exercise: Regular physical activity not only supports overall well-being but can also promote healthy circulation, which is important for hair health. Stress Management: Meditation and stress management techniques can help reduce the impact of stress on hair loss, as stress can be a contributing factor. Hair Care: Avoiding tight hairstyles and the use of heated hair tools can prevent hair damage and breakage, supporting the retention of healthy hair. Hair Products: Using products like "LittleExttra's Coconion shampoo" and hair oil, combined with a wooden neem comb, can provide nourishment and care for your hair. Your commitment to these practices has led to successful hair fall control and hair recovery. It's a great example of how a holistic and proactive approach can make a positive difference in maintaining and promoting healthy hair. Thank you for sharing your experience, as it may inspire others to adopt similar strategies for hair care.

Doctor this is wonderful information. My ferritin came back at 11 after supplementing for a couple of months. But my iron showed high. I assume this is normal when you supplement. If anyone reading could tell me if this is addressed on another video it would be great. I’ve been a vegetarian since 1999 so I think maybe this is what caused my iron issue.

I was taking 65mg plus cooking in cast iron and only rose 13 points in 3 months. :( started taking 255 mg per day and reincorporated red meat so we will see how it goes. I breastfeed and have a period so those are my root causes I think. I want to get rid of my period. I keep reading that iron causes oxidative stress and raises cholesterol so I’m a bit scared of that as well. :/

With a ferritin level of 11 ng/mL, it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the right amount and type of iron supplementation for your specific needs. Typically, increasing ferritin levels might involve taking iron supplements under medical guidance and periodically retesting your levels to monitor progress. The goal is to reach a healthy level while ensuring you do not exceed what is safe, as excess iron can be harmful. Melissa Fox (Customer Service) ➡️Reach out to us at www.advancedtrichology.com/
